Fall in love with this resort community with all the amenities to offer combined with all the Comfort’s of home! Located walking distance to the Irvine spectrum .

The apartment is located on the top 4 th floor nobody above you so very peaceful and quiet, but close to elevator, pool and gym, located just right downstairs.

All on first floor of unit is,
A Bright and cheery open concept kitchen with island . Large pantry , great lighting and French doors off the kitchen . The kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee machine and pods included . You will find all your cooking essentials with rice cooker, insta pot , crock pot , just to name a few .

The open concept living room has a 4K 60 inch Tv with Firestick included . Large oversized comfortable sofa that turns into a queen size sleeper . fiber high speed internet throughout.

Primary Bedroom with Queen size latex comforter bed with plush memory foam topper . Large mirrored closets with shoe rack. Wireless charging for your phone on nightstand. Balcony with pool view off bedroom with seating area and washer and dryer .

This property is beautifully manicured close to everything you will need you don’t even have to leave the community. The community is very safe. I feel that I put a lot of thought into the apartment to make it feel as you would want for nothing. There is a market in the community that will deliver food to your door. There is a dry cleaner on site. Perfect for people who love the resort feel but don’t want to be stuck in a small hotel room.

Located near the spectrum close to all freeway access ! Feels like home , comfortable and clean . Bottled water service provided and Complementary mid term cleaning. A wonderful place to call home. Amenities including a Starbucks a spa three pools and hot ins three Gyms . There’s a beautiful large park in the middle of the complex and a café. There’s many more but too much to mention
