Close to all amenities and public transport, in the historic neighborhood of Carabacel, this apartment is perfect to discover the lovely city of Nice and the French Riviera.

This large apartment combining modernity and authenticity consists of a living space of 84 sq. m. Located on the 2nd floor of a nice old building with elevator, it includes:
- a large bright living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a second bedroom with two single beds,
- a separate well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates), including a dining area,
- a bathroom with shower,
- washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi and large TV.

Thanks to the nearby train station, you will easily be able to move around the French Riviera and discover Cannes, Monaco, Antibes…
