Everything worked as promised. Efficient and reliable check-in and check-out. Close to Promenade Anglaise and within walking distance from center. The garage is spacious and very practical.

Really lovely property with a great location, would recommend for anyone travelling in and around Nice. Very clean and lots of amenities included. Only feedback would be around the check in/check out process (which wasn’t an issue for us in particular). The host allowed us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated, however upon check out, you have to decide a time as they need to pick up the keys, which then wouldn’t allow flexibility should you wish. We agreed a time for check out, however we were greeted earlier than agreed and weren’t quite ready, and the cleaning started before we’d left and made us feel rushed - but overall didn’t effect our experience here! Also be mindful that upon check in, you will need to pay a cleaning fee in cash or with cheque (as explained in the description) but it would be better if this weee included when paying for the reservation.

Lage war optimal, Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet. Die Bäder waren sehr klein, etwas älter und kaum Ablagefläche, auch die beiden Schlafzimner hätten etwas größer sein können und außer einem offenen Regal und einem Stück Stange gab es keine Ablageflächen für die Kleidung. Nachttische waren jeweils zwei kleine Hocker. Da wir nicht gekocht hatten war die Miniküche noch ok, aber falls man kochen wollte würde das sehr eng werden. Geschirr und Gläser standen wild durcheinander im Schrank. Gut war, dass es drei kleine Sonnenschirme, zwei Klappstühle und Matten für den Strand gab. Ansonsten war Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine usw wie beschrieben vorhanden.

Great location, cute apartment

We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere: restaurants, the beach, even Old Town Nice. The building had great security, and the terrace was a real plus. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Property manager was very helpful with instructions.

Spacious and well located!

Very clean and spacious appartment, as advertised. The manager was wonderful and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV had all the apps. Nice walk to old town, and lots of grocery stores and bakeries nesrby!

We texted our contact when we arrived to get instructions, getting to the garage was very difficult and not easy at all as directions were poor. We managed to get in and had an ok tour of the place. Unfortunately no coffee pods nor dishwasher pods (forgotten by cleaning personnel) for us, I believe the coffee should be provided free of charge. We also had to pay an extra 77 euros for cleaning after we left (did not see that in contract). Otherwise, nice place, well situated, parking great to have in Nice. A list of bakeries would come in handy, now we have to rely on our own with google maps. For the garage: we put in 47 avenue potiers in our gps which brings us 100m from the entrance, this info should be given to guests as navigating narrow one way streets in Nice is difficult after an overnight flight.

A good jumping off point to explore Nice

This apartment served us well during our stay. Our lower overall rating was due to added cleaning changes and especially to the elevated check in charges when you couldn’t arrive at the specified time. Very difficult to do when traveling internationally! We enjoyed the spacious deck at the conclusion of the evening and found several favourite restaurants and shops in the vicinity.
