Location is great with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Since we were in the midst of a heat wave, the air conditioning was a real plus. Unfortunately, not having a working elevator in the heat detracted from our experience although Laure did try to address the situation. We ended up checking out a day early since making an early morning flight would have been difficult with the checkout process.

This apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the Promenade, restaurants, and many areas of Nice. Old Town is an easy 15-20 minute walk. Communication with the Host was outstanding. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and well-equipped. With so many awesome restaurants nearby, we did not.cook so.I can't speak to ease of meal prep. As two couples, we loved the bedroom layout and separate baths. Air conditioning works well. Our favorite part.of the apartment was the terrace. We enjoyed evenings on the terrace and the beautiful spring weather in Nice.

Everything worked as promised. Efficient and reliable check-in and check-out. Close to Promenade Anglaise and within walking distance from center. The garage is spacious and very practical.

Spacious and well located!

Very clean and spacious appartment, as advertised. The manager was wonderful and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV had all the apps. Nice walk to old town, and lots of grocery stores and bakeries nesrby!

Great location, cute apartment

We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere: restaurants, the beach, even Old Town Nice. The building had great security, and the terrace was a real plus. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Property manager was very helpful with instructions.

Great apartment in good location

We had a fantastic long weekend in Nice. The apartment was clean and a good size space for the four of us. Air con on the bedrooms was fantastic and kept the apartment cool. Good bakery and shops nearby and the beach only a few mins walk. Would recommend!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Nice. This appartment is really great. Close to the promenade and supermarkets. The 2nd bathroom and kitchen are a challenge in size. But every thing you need. We would stay there again if ever in Nice.

Great location and plus for covered reserved parking

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to grocery stores, bakery, restuarants, and the beach (5min). The reserved parking is in a secured and covered garage and is a big plus. These make Apartment Beatrice a perfect base for soteseeing within and around Nice. It was very convenient having 2 bathrooms and get comfortable sleep during the warm summer nightd with the airconditioning in both bedrooms. Communication with the owner and her representatives was smooth

A good jumping off point to explore Nice

This apartment served us well during our stay. Our lower overall rating was due to added cleaning changes and especially to the elevated check in charges when you couldn’t arrive at the specified time. Very difficult to do when traveling internationally! We enjoyed the spacious deck at the conclusion of the evening and found several favourite restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

Nice and clean apartment

Inside of apartment was very nice and clean. Garage parking extremely helpful. Security was good, required 3 different locked entrances to get in. Neighborhood was not so great. Just not a place you would walk around and enjoy. Check In was a little stressful as we had to wait an hour to meet host.

Left a bit to be desired

Visiting Nice was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed the city and beach. However, the apartment left a bit to be desired. We had to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs because the elevator had stopped working the previous day. We paid extra for linens which were well worn and mismatched and the apartment can only by rated as minimalist at best.
