IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• 2nd-floor condo (no elevator)
• Maximum 2 vehicles allowed
• No street parking permitted by town regulations
• No motorcycles or golf carts allowed
• No pets allowed
• Non-smoking property, including vaping & balconies
• Primary renter must be 25+ and remain onsite
• Signed rental agreement & ID verification required within 24 hours of booking
• No third-party bookings permitted
• Peak summer rentals are Saturday–Saturday with 7-night minimum stays
• Off-season minimums: 3 nights (4 nights during holiday weekends)
• Exterior security camera located at entry alcove facing screen door only for property/security purposes
