Enjoy our year round heated pool, two jacuzzis, fitness center, game room, and Clubhouse activity center. Enjoy river recreation. With walking trails and river access along the Verde River you can enjoy a morning stroll, fishing, kayaking, and tubing right from the resort. Two laundry facilities with showers and convenience store on site. Stop in at the resort store for an offering of local products. Several pet stations are located throughout the park. Park also offers fire rings, ice, playground, fishing, hiking, ATV, nature watching, and shuffleboard.

We are located in the Verde Valley. Home to some of the most picturesque landscape in Arizona and the world, Verde Valley offers great wineries and tasting rooms nestled in the red rock countryside.
Explore the lush canyons surrounding the rustic towns of Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona, Clarkdale, and Cornville. Almost 80% of the land in the valley is National Forest, which makes it a great change of pace from the desert landscape that Arizona is known for. You also won’t want to miss visiting the Verde River, Arizona’s only federally designated Wild and Scenic River.
You’ll find prehistoric sites, national monuments, five state parks, and shopping including boutique shops and more than 100 galleries featuring contemporary and American Indian art.
