Quiet and beautiful place tucked behind the owners house. Hot tub was quite nice and in warmer weather the pool would be fun. Recommend for a couple getting away from things.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The property was everything it described and even more beautiful in person. Very comfortable and every detail thought of and addressed. We had everything we needed and could have wanted. They are welcoming hosts and have put a lot of effort and thought into the cottage. We were very impressed. And Tutu of course was the biggest hit with my son!

Short trip away to recharge

My husband and I came to Cottonwood to get away and recharge. We had an excellent visit and would love to stay in this VRBO again!

Perfect spot for our weekend in Cottonwood/Sedona

We absolutely loved this guest house and the adjacent yard with a pool and hot tub! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. Glen and Kristen thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The pool felt great in the afternoon, and the hot tub was perfect in the evening. The interior of the guest house was extremely clean, cute, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town!

Great location in AZ

We went to visit family, but the central location was great. Downtown Cottonwood had cute shops, wineries and restaurants. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff, Williams and Grand Canyon is a 2 hr drive. The owner, Glen, takes great pride in having 5 star properties and taking care of his guests!

Amazing!!!

What a perfect place for a getaway. Everything was perfect from the unit itself, to the property and the views around. Cottonwood was such a great little town for our travels to Sedona. Quiet getaway with a view

This was the perfect spot for a nice, quiet getaway. The location was great and close enough to escape away for a day of hiking. Glen and Kristen are great property owners and responded very quickly with whatever we needed! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

A peaceful gateway

Me and husband were looking forward for a relaxing weekend and this was a perfect place to be. I loved every moment we were here. The hosts are so gracious and made our welcome so special. They also had a folder with things to do in and around Cottonwood. The place is so quiet and beautiful and peaceful. The sunrise and sunset are amazing. We spent the first night lying around outside and watching the stars as the sky was so clear and the night view mesmerized us. Go there and find your mental peace.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely! The property was immaculately clean and somehow even more amazing than we had envisioned! The outdoor space is phenomenal. Glen and Kristen were wonderful hosts who respected our privacy but were also available for any questions. We hope to return again in the future and highly recommend to anyone exploring this neat part of Arizona.

Everything was amazing! Location is outstanding. So much great food in Cottonwood. Close to Sedona for hiking then top it all off with the best backyard ever! The pool and hot tub were great. Little piggy visits always made us laugh. Highly recommend this stay! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful getaway

Our stay here was wonderful. The description is very accurate and it is even more beautiful in person. We loved having our morning coffee under the pergola enjoying the beautiful mountain view watching the sunrise. Make sure you take advantage of the hot tub and the star gazing opportunities.

Relaxing stay!

A short and easy drive away from Sedona, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at the casita. It lived up to all of the reviews that we had read prior to booking! The backyard is a perfect getaway and the hot tub was amazing. Glen and Kristen were responsive and incredibly helpful hosts. Check-in and check out was easy as well. We also loved meeting Tallulah :) Highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing retreat

Opening the door to this place was like stepping into your own personal spa. Feels remote but only 10 minutes to town. Very clean and well appointed, with considerate touches. Backyard is awesome. Tallulah the pig is an excellent host 🙂 Other reviews mentioned the internet - mobile was a bit sluggish, but workable. Had no issues streaming on the TV.

Adorable

This little studio is absolutely adorable indoors and so relaxing outdoors. My long time best friend and I stayed here for a belated birthday/girls trip. We had a great time and the hosts were both so welcoming, responsive and kind. The indoor and outdoor space are impeccably maintained and the instructions left for each occupant removes any potential roadblocks. Since the area has laws against light pollution, hot tubbing in the evening was even more relaxing as we took in the breathtaking starry sky. Thought I haven’t stayed at any of their other properties, I’d be confident in doing so based on this interaction with the hosts. They were wonderful.

Premium, private experience

Very nice studio unit, separated from the main house for good privacy. Too cold for us to make use of the pool and gazebo, but would be great in warm weather. Hot tub is great for couples and very private. Hosts were great with timely and friendly communications when needed but left us alone otherwise. Great couple escape overall. Hiked all day, romantic relaxation at night. Two minor things to mention: (1) With cold nights you have to run the water for a while before it gets hot. We initially thought the hot water heater was broken, but just needed more patience initially. (2) Internet is a bit slow. We struggled to stream a movie at times. Overall a great place to anchor a romantic visit to the Sedona area.

Perfect in every way!

The Buena Vista was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our 2 week getaway from the cold. Our hosts were gracious and very helpful with recreational and entertainment advice. The efficiency suite was well equipped, well thought out and lacked nothing. The pictures are accurate as the outside area is a dream!

Perfect Private Getaway!

Everything was perfect at this guest house. The hosts have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. We loved the hot tub, the fire pit area and the peaceful quiet! The Cottonwood community and the surrounding area have great restaurants and shops, and this was the perfect location to return to after enjoying it all. We would definitely recommend and will return ourselves! The hosts on-site were available if needed, but the guest house is very private. We also loved visits from Tutu, their little pet pig! We couldn’t be happier with our vacation here!

Excellent Getaway

Relaxing Getaway

We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased! The property offered a lot of relaxation in a small area. We loved the gazebo and the hot tub, and also enjoyed grilling out as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to relax and not travel far for a hot tub and private pool

Pre-Thanksgiving Get a Way

This lived up to all of the reviews that I had read prior to booking! The property is immaculate, and they have thought of pretty much everything! The suite was perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing! A very private & quiet get a way, it was just the relaxing weekend that we needed!
