Located in the northern part of the city, starting with the ocean and up to the mountains, the region is a combination of new houses and luxury condominiums and older traditional houses.
The neighborhood is well located, with easy access to the beaches, Malecón, fantastic shops and restaurants, not to mention one of the best seafood, fresh fruit and vegetable markets in the city.
The Colonia 5 de diciembre combines the feeling of Old World Mexico with all the necessary amenities to lead a very comfortable life. And because of the mix of people here, we really feel like in a neighborhood rather than just a tourist destination.

The Petit Bonheur studio is located in the historic heart of Puerto Vallarta just 150 m. from the beach, 400 m. from the famous Malecon and by its position and transport, you can quickly get to all the activities in the region.
