This spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo has two stories with two balconies directly overlooking the ocean providing breathtaking views from the kitchen, dining, living, and master bedroom. The balconies in the unit boast wide panoramic view of the beach. Brand new listing! Welcome to our stunning newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Myrtle Beach, where breathtaking ocean views await you. Immerse yourself in luxury and relaxation as you step into this fully equipped haven. The spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms provide utmost comfort, while the well-appointed bathrooms offer a touch of elegance. Indulge in the picturesque views from the private balcony and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. With access to all the Myrtle Beach has to offer, from abundant dining options and endless entertainment, your stay here promises to be unforgettable. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.


Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great. Perfect access to beach and pool which was convenient for young kids. A friend of ours stayed here last year and it was recently renovated. The only issues we had was the master bedroom curtain rod had been pulled out of the wall by the previous tenants. We also had missing pieces to the coffee pot. The rental agency was great with responding and fixed everything. The only con was that the shared bathroom curtain liner was so filthy that I bought a new one.
