Muy bonito lugar,todo muy limpio un buen lugar para disfrutar en familia y disfrutar de la naturaleza,
Algo que no me gusto esque la puerta del balcon no tenia seguro y habia una puerta que estaba cerrada con llave pero nosotros no teniamos acceso a esa llave y mas que nada por nuestra propia seguridad pero de todo lo demas muy bien

TreeHaven getaway
Nice place, good access to Yosemite. Only negative is hauling all luggage & items we brought up the steep steps to the front door! We all enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend to others!

We stayed at Tree Haven, having booked the place through VRBO in August. I did not receive details until the day before our stay. While my family and I enjoyed certain amenities that this place had, I am requesting a partial refund based on a few items that were not part of the VRBO listing or not up to par with regards to a vacation rental unit. The main items were that the internet was listed as part of the VRBO listing, in which it does not state limited internet or internet capped. This was one of the filters that I specifically put on searching for a rental, as my husband would be working from the rental that Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When we were unable to access the internet in the cabin, we looked at the book and it stated we could drive to the rental office to use the internet. Using the map in the book, my husband and son drove to the appropriately marked location, only to find that it was another rental with no one from the business to speak with. Upon meeting a few maintenance workers, he inquired where the rental office was and they stated for him to "look in his vacation manual". My husband had to take time off and find coverage for that day. Other than that, I have added a list of issues you might want to fix before another person rents this facility.
1. Toaster oven doesn't work.
2. Dishwasher was broken and my husband had to try to fix it.
3. One lamp in the living room broke and one completely didn't work.
4. Could not use wifi due to limit enforcement
5. Tried to find the rental center to download things on their map. Was not labeled correctly.
6. Dishes are not clean upon usage.
7. Cobwebs in kitchen
8. Patio by dining room smelled like mold
9. Washer machine says "do not use" with the "do not" taken off. Not sure if we could use it.
10. Chips on tile in bathroom
11. Sink drainer won't open in upstairs bathroom
12. Zip tie holding up chandelier in dining room
13. Furnace vent cracked open
14. Plugs in the upstairs bedroom don't hold plugs. Not able to charge or use night lamps
15. Bathtub faucet dripped even though we never used
16. Sponge and cleaning rag we're old and moldy.
While we enjoyed our time being close to the valley and having a place to come back to, the amount charged was definitely not worth the above inconveniences. Please see attached link with pictures. Again, I am requesting a partial refund given that we could not use all the facilities that were listed
