We had such an amazing time even though the power was out. When we got there, we managed to get through it. And the hosts were amazing and even got us wood. Several times when we needed it! I really enjoyed the frog friends that lived in the pond. That kind of sounded like chickens, but it was an amazing experience.! This place was beautiful and would love to see it in the fall!! We were blessed with a little snow, and it was so pretty!

Absolutely loved our stay at this mountain retreat! The views were breathtaking, the house was cozy and spotless, and the location was perfect for hiking and relaxing. It was an incredible home. We had the perfect vacation. House was clean and exactly as promoted. The view was amazing. It was myself and my 91 year old mom that stayed. It was easy access for her, and we had everything we needed. House was convenient to both Highlands and Cashiers. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely visit again. This house has an incredible view and a perfect blend of rustic elegance. It’s just a short drive to downtown Highlands and only a few minutes from the Whiteside Mountain trailhead. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the hot tub was a highlight after a day of exploring.We were warmly welcomed with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. Hailey, the property manager, was friendly and helpful, offering great tips for restaurants and activities in the area.We would definitely stay here again!
