This new construction Modern Farmhouse is an open concept, with a chef's kitchen that opens onto a covered screen porch with attached grilling deck. All the yard space you could need for family games, pets, or just sunning on the deck. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the cool mountain breeze.

House was well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals at home. House is close to the highway but the traffic dies down at night and didn’t impact us at all. The location is perfect for quick drive to town (less than 5 minutes). We went to Highlands almost everyday for use of the municipal pool and drive was easy to make.

Beautiful home in great location very close to downtown Cashiers. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. If you are bringing a dog, the small fenced-in yard makes it easy for your pet's bathroom breaks. Beautiful great room and excellent, well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I came up for the weekend to look at real estate and golf, the house was perfect!! Clean and super comfortable. The back screened patio was lovely, we enjoyed having coffee in the morning admiring at all the beautiful trees, so relaxing. Much needed rest. Thanks!

Great home, close to town.

The location was great for the purpose of this trip being close Cashiers. House was very clean and well maintained. Fully functional kitchen and layout was great for bringing our dog on this trip to visit. Highly recommend the property!

Wonderful Getaway

Home was extremely nice, with a fantastic kitchen/dining/great room. Plenty of room for the family and dogs (fenced in side yard a great perk). Conveniently located to the Cashiers crossroads. We would stay here again.

Great property!

We were quickly in and out for a wedding weekend and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay better! The house is spacious and Ben communicated with us so well. If we are ever in Cashiers again, this will be our first choice!

Enjoyed our stay in Cashiers

The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect if you want to take day trips. Close to the center of town and in close proximity to Highlands. We had a great time and the host was quickly accessible if we needed anything. The Farmhouse was beautifully furnished, as well.

Best Cashiers VRBO Rental ever

This house is so fabulous in everyway! We have already booked it again. Really love that it is pet friendly and even has a small fenced area out back. I have never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so well appointed...just awesome. And the location is absolutely perfect. Absolutely a 5 star rental.

Perfect For Long Weekend

We love this house! We rent in Cashiers/Highlands every year and this time we decided to come back for a long weekend after picking our son up for camp. We will definitely stay here again! Debra was very accommodating and kind. The house was perfect for us! Super clean, all of the amenities, super stocked kitchen, location, location, location, and the dog yard was a savior!
