Great place.

Wonderful grounds and very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed to feel comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. The host was very responsive.

Gorgeous Property

Property is gorgeous and well worth the visit. The property is clean, peaceful and close to Boombah Sports Complex. There are lots of places to eat nearby. Angela is amazing to work with. Hope to visit again.

Great place to Stay

The house was great. We went kayaking (3 Kayaks available) around the beautiful lake. Great location between Orlando and Daytona. Sanford has great night life. Check out The Barn(Bar). The house is upstairs which didnt matter for us at all. House is super clean and very safe neighborhood.

Lovely lake outlook

Angelia was so helpful and so prompt with her responses to our questions. Beautiful outlook of the lake and garden with bbq area which was a fantastic bonus! The beds were comfortable as well as the lounge area and the kitchen was a lovely huge size.

Baseball Tournament

Very close and convenient to Boombah. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a Publix only a short drive away. We had everything we needed, including cold a/c and washer/dryer. The grounds were immaculate, and sunsets from the gazebo on the lake were beautiful. So happy we were able to stay here for a week-long tournament, and hope to be able to come back again.

Wonderful!

The property is beautiful ! If felt safe/ clean and had everything we need. Perfect after a long day of all the tourist hustle and bustle to come back to this sanctuary on the lake. Close to everything! Gonna miss my morning coffee by the lake!!

Beautiful lake and impressive property

This property was very large and private. The guest home was nice but I would consider it ready for some updates to furniture, especially the beds. The gym was a large reason we booked the space but it ended up being more of a storage garage with a couple of exercise machines squeezed in next to a row boat. The lake was beautiful and there was a nice sitting area above a small sand entrance. The host was very responsive and kind.

Perfect for baseball tournament

Property was exactly as described on website. Great location for the boom bah baseball tournament my son played in. Property was beautiful, I wish we had more time to enjoy the lake. Inside was small but adequate for a family of 4. Mattresses need to be updated, very squeaky and uncomfortable. My wife actually slept on the couch after the 1st night. That was really the only complaint and that could be a quick fix. Angelia was helpful in answering questions.

Guest house with lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 5 and an ideal place to stay for tournaments at the Boombah sports complex. Our kids enjoyed the canoes and just hanging out at the lake. Recommendations for improvement would be more washcloths and ceiling fans in the bedrooms but not completely uncomfortable without them.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property, even better in person than in pictures. Check-in process was easy. We had a terrible flight with multiple delays and then our rental car wasn't available when we landed and we had to take an Uber to the house. After a terrible and long travel day it was so nice to walk into such a beautiful, clean and peaceful property. Would definitely stay there again!

even better than the site

A wonderful experience. So much more than your site shows !!! So many plane changes and arrival time changes on the way and you made getting all the information and check in very easy . So sorry we didn't get to meet you in person due to our schedule . For a chaotic 3 days, it was so nice to have a relaxing place to come back to in between. Wonderful Sunday hanging out at the gazebo and lake all day Great grill area , easy to get food from house to lake , esp with an electric outlet by the lake ! Comfy beds clean house, great landscape. Hidden Gem of Sanford

This property is absolutely beautiful, and the owner/property manager is great to work with. We had a bit of a snafu on check in which was almost immediately remedied without hassle. It is close to anything you want to do in Sanford and Lake Mary, but you feel like you’re in your own little sanctuary. We’ll be back.

Whether you are visiting Disney or need a place for a wedding venue this is it!! The location is perfect . Close to beaches , interstate , shopping and so much more. We will be excellent host and you will feel most at home at this beautifully furnished and immaculate guest home. It is located on 4 1/2 acres along side the main home. Beautiful views of the lake, personal bath robes, canoes, dry sauna, gym, picnic baskets, golf cart, laundry room . We are perfect host for your adventures. Do not miss out as this is the best kept secret for vacationing. Located very near to Orlando Sanford airport.
