This is a spacious 4 bedroom house with nautical vibes is just a couple blocks from the waterfront. Also a short 5 minute walk to Sanford center with great restaurants, shopping, and activities. The house is well stocked and comfy. Board games aplenty & a big tv will keep the crew entertained (while you soak in the oversized tub). The big backyard is perfect for dogs. Two car garage access.

Welcome to your perfect getaway! This newly built, single-story home is designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, making it ideal for guests with mobility needs.

Step into the heart of the home: an open-concept space featuring a fully stocked, modern kitchen with a large island—perfect for cooking and socializing. The adjacent living area offers cozy couches, a TV, and games, making it a great spot to unwind. The dining area ties it all together, creating a welcoming space for shared meals and memories.

The master suite, located just past the kitchen, boasts a luxurious king bed, a dedicated desk for work or writing, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity for added convenience.

On the opposite side of the house, you'll find the second bathroom, also with a double vanity and a tub, along with three additional bedrooms. One features an elegant canopy king bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two extra-long twin beds that can be pushed together if a king bed setup is preferred.

Step outside through the main room to the inviting lanai, where you'll discover a comfortable seating area and a dining table with space for 8. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for families with small children or pets, offering a safe and private outdoor space.

- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know!

- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.

- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
