Excellent space, well managed, but oddly damp

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

As a Parkinson's patient I need extra help, & all of the people always provide it willingly. 904 is well equipped and works well. This time, the 2nd bedroom was unaccountably damp. The floor was actually wet at times with the fan on & the outside doors closed. Not a leak, just extreme humidity. Odd. We didn't need the space, but if we had had someone who wanted to sleep there it would have been a problem. We didn't report it and should have. An excellent unit otherwise, and Benchmark is an excellent co. Its people care and offer help cheerfully. Location is great. We'll continue to use them, but this time there was an unusual situation.
