Clean, convenient location.

The condo was clean, the view was nice and the location was great! We walked across the street to rent bikes and rode to Seaside and Grayton beach. Beaches were beautiful, we even saw dolphins from our balcony. Great experience!

The condo was clean except for the stove and Benchmark management was very attentive to our needs. The fixtures are a bit outdated in the condo but adequate. The view from the deck is a perfect ocean view! We did not use the pool, but it appeared clean. We did appreciate the bathrooms available in the pool area. Be aware there are a lot of steep steps to get to the beach area. Thankfully, we weren’t traveling with anyone who was not able to navigate the steps.

Great location

We've stayed in this location many times, but not this condo. Aside from some initial maintenance issues we had a lovely stay. The maintenance issues were quickly addressed and didn't cause any issues for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location and was nicely decorated with most of the amenities you need on vacation. The added beach chairs and umbrella was a nice and unexpected extra. There were a few repairs that were needed and the washing machine was a little small considering we had several beach towels to wash along with the usual clothes. A better mattress in the master would be a nice touch but overall, everything checked all of the boxes.

It was ALMOST what we wanted

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great beach front, condo old, but nice. Couch had spots on it. Masterbed room mattress was uncomfortable. In fact, we left the night before our next morning checkout, because we both wanted a better night sleep. Found multiple items in the kitchen cabinets (utensils and pots dirty. One was so dirty that I could not understand how anyone would put something that greasy and full of food grime back in the drawer). Therefore, we washed everything before we used it. Layout of the condo was great. Loved that it was a corner unit on the third floor, making the balcony high enough to get a good view of the beach. If these other issues are fixed, we would rent this condo again.

Our unit was good however, we did find or felt it could have been a little clearer. We found items from previous guess under the beds and cabinets which caused us to think about overall cleanliness. That said we will stay at the Beachcrest again in the future. The communication from Beachcrest about our stay was awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Our unit was clean and complex was perfect for the group of about 100 people we brought from Louisville. Beach area was perfect.

Building/property was very well-managed, clean, safe and very quiet at night. Rental company was great to work with...good communication and very responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has a fabulous view. Benchmark was prompt and professional. The only negative thing about the condo was the previous renters left old food and drinks in the refrigerator so we had to clean that out on arrival as it was very dirty.

We are so sorry regarding the left over food, this should have been removed prior to you entering the unit.
