Hi there, thanks for staying with us at Beachside Condo and for providing this review. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience of the lack of internet for the initial part of your stay. Please be reminded that while most of our properties have internet access. We do not, however, guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor. We thank you for quickly reporting the issue as this allowed us to do what we could at the time to assist. It is always our aim to quickly resolve any issues guests have during their stay; however, due to the issue having to be resolved by a third-party company; we had no control over their work schedule. We can happily report that the issue has been resolved and can assure you that if this should happen again in the future we will try our very best to assist by troubleshooting or making contact with the relevant persons. We do apologize for the few issues you experienced during your stay, however. It does look like we have recently addressed the patio doors, and oiled the tracks. As for the WIFI, unfortunately, that is something we cannot directly control. We will always try our best to troubleshoot and reach out to the provider if we are unable to assist.
