This is a lovely little home, just as listed. The kitchen has everything you could ever want. It was quiet, yet still close to anything you might need. The dirt road was a little challenging after a day of hard rain, but that's beyond anyone's control. Dennis was a great host!

Comfortable place, close to Hunter and Windham ski resorts ( 30 min). Lovely secluded location .

Very peaceful and cute place, everything you need for your stay. Dennis is great host and very helpful. Will go back there again.

Family vacation

This is our second time staying here to visit family nearby and we plan on coming back. The home had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of family fun in the area. We had such a lovely time. Thank you so much!

Weekend in the Catskills

We were attending a wedding in the area. Property had ample room for my family, bedrooms and living room were comfortable.

Cozy and

Dennis was amazing and the property was cozy! We felt very at home. There was a snow storm that hit the morning we were checking out however Dennis made sure we were safe and had already ordered the snow to be plowed that morning! Super thoughtful! The two mountains we were looking to snowboard at were 20 minutes away and there is a nice pizza restaurant down the road which was 5 minutes away! We will definitely be coming back! :)

Perfect House

You can't go wrong with this house! Plenty of space, very clean, cozy, private and the kitchen has everything you need. No complaints.

Equipped and Cozy!

We enjoy the layout of the property which is conducive for family to gather together for meals and activities. There are many amenities, including kitchen gadgets, laundry facilities, firepit, games etc.! The location is nice and quiet. We stayed there to spent tiem at Minekill State Park. The house seemed to be vacant for a while because it was a bit dusty and musky smell. Our adult kids got some allergic reaction first time by staying at a home away from home. Overall a good value for the house.

Comfortable stay.

Great stay for family ski trip

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We skied Belleayre and Plattekill, which are both easy 20-30 min drives from the house. House was clean and had everything you could need in a house rental. We would definitely rent it again.

Great getaway

This property is exactly as described. Our famiy had plenty of room and it was close to ski areas that we were visiting which was great. Secluded spot but jot to far off the main road. Kitchen has plenty of supplies and beds are comfy (kids loved the bunk beds!). Couches are super comfy too! The driveway is a bit bumpy so if you have a vehicle with some clearance you may want to use it, especially in winter!

Ski weekend getaway

House was perfect for our multi-generational group . Plenty of space. Nice big dining room table for meals and playing games . About a 20 min drive to Windham .

Great for families!

We had a very nice experience. All the furniture, bedding and blankets were new and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to unpack. The large dining room table was great for our family. All the appliance were new. We were up there to ski at Windham which was 23 min from the house. The drive there is very scenic.
