Located in the heart of the city with many attractions close by, this apartment is offers comfort and convenience for up to 2 guests.

Inside the flat, you'll enjoy all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

A Note on Expectations:

While GuestReady Essential aims to provide a simple, comfortable stay, as the home is centrally located some urban and traffic noises should be expected in the mornings.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 6th arrondissement, a real Lyon lung with its Park and zoo. It is often described as the most chic district of Lyon with wide avenues (Boulevard des Belges, Rue Duquesne, Avenue Foch ...) lined with beautiful buildings and mansions with a view of the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It is also a shopping district, mainly around Cours Vitton.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
