This nice apartment, very bright thanks to its large windows, is situated on the 1st floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 40 sq. m and includes :
- a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,

- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction hobs, fridge, dish-washer),

- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

## Neighborhood

Two steps away from Place de la République and close to Marais district, you won’t miss anything for a perfect Parisian stay. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, entertainments, theaters, concert halls, artistic shops… will be around. You will also be a few minutes away by walk or metro from Paris trendiest districts : Bastille, Belleville or Ourcq Canal. Why not crossing the Marais on foot, located 5 min away from the flat, to join Notre-Dame ?
With the metro located just nearby, it will take you just a few minutes to reach Paris most emblematic places : Garnier Opera, Eiffel Tower, Galeries Lafayettes, le Louvre…
Amongst the numerous nice addresses of the district, we recommend you Paname Art Café, where you can have dinner or lunch before discovering tomorrow’s humorists in an intimate stage.
