We loved this cute little apartment and everything about the neighbourhood it is in. Super close walking distance to everything you need including a supermarket and multiple great boulangeries and patisseries. Metro stations 5 mins in all directions. And great eating in Belleville and Canal Saint-Martin very close by. Lovely, hospitable hosts too. If you want a neighbourhood feel, away from the tourist traps but close to all the big ticket spots, this apartment is wonderful!

Apartment had everything we needed for a week in Paris. Very easy check in instructions and we loved the neighborhood. So many cute bars, bakeries, and restaurants near by. Host was very communicative and clear! Would definitely come back.

The area was great and the flat was easy to find. Another renter had posted a couple of photos (I believe in October of 2025) of the entrance under construction. Middle of March 2026 the photos looked identical. Nothing done. Doesn’t leave a positive first impression. The flat itself was bright and sun filled. There was a lot of activity outside and it was fun to watch. Definitely more of a local vibe than one filled with tourists. Flat was nice and quiet with good black out shades in the bedroom. Shower was excellent (loads of hot water and great water pressure).

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was small but cozy and we had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. We loved that the subway was so close and the location was walkable to canal st martin restaurants and shops as well as Belleville. On our last night we had dinner at the restaurant across the street Les Acolytes - and really enjoyed it. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Mixed! the owner it on the heating in advance the apartment was as described - the owner FAILED to tell us the building was a building site with sacks of rubble dust torn floor covering, no light in the entrance - mice and a strong smell of sewage in the apartment - problems with the TV etc which the owner failed to reply to messages Book again? NO!

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need

The apartment is in a fun neighborhood with street cafes and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave and a toaster oven. Access was easy and the host let us check in early.

Great compact Apartment with everything you need

Our stay here was very good. Close to all transportation. Great little Bistros right on the corners. Grocery store close and convenient. Lots of selection of restaurants. Very trendy neighborhood.

Great location

Great location with good restaurants around, easy to get to via metro from various parts of Paris. Black out shades did great when sleeping in and to keep the apartment slightly cooler on hot days. Comfortable apartment for 2 to sleep at if you will be out and enjoying the city but did get stuffy through out the day. Loved the apt windows (very French) and the bookshelf in the wall when entering the bedroom.

Perfect Paris Apartment

Houcine and Edith's cozy apartment was perfect for our holiday. Excellent restaurants, easy access to the metro, and a lovingly decorated one bedroom made our stay practically perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, and the kitchen and living room were the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day!

Great location!

Great location, walking distance to Canal St Martin, gare du nord and gare de l'est. A really fun neighbourhood. the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris!

Nice and Cozy in a great location

I loved my stay here. The apartment was clean, cozy and incredibly well put together. The location is perfect, close to the metro, grocery store and some great restaurants. Houdini was a perfect host and very responsive. I would highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again

Cute 1 bedroom apartment in a lively neighborhood. It’s near the metro line 11 and if you know your way around it’s an excellent place to visit! Would stay there again!
