Luxurious apartment in a safer and quieter area of New Orleans but still minutes from everything

Our stay at the Black and Gold was amazing. The entire building and apartment is gorgeous. Everything is very clean. I felt very safe staying here. The location is ideal. The wrap around balcony is also very nice. I hope to stay here again the next time I visit New Orleans.

Black & Gold

Great location, close enough to the Convention Center (yet not too close), lots of local food options and all within an easy walking distance. The host provided a great welcome basket of snacks & drinks and after a full day of travel - was much welcomed. Great value, location, and amenities. It was nice to share a home with a co-worker and yet each have our own private suites. Would return for sure.

Comfort and Location!

The place was amazing. It had anything and everything you may possibly need. The location was also perfect. It was walkable to most places but also just out of the noisy part of town. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Great location

This property was centrally located yet far away enough from the French Quarter that is was quiet at night. The inside was very clean and the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the condo so there was plenty of privacy. The condo also has a beautiful, large balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, condo and management/communication

This is one of the best Vrbo's we have rented. The management of it and communication is stellar. The amenities that are in the place when you arrive are generous (k cups, multiple paper towel rolls, dishwasher tablets, TP, shampoo, conditioner, etc) are beyond what a lot of what others have. The place was spotless and it looks fairly new. Everything worked well. The view is fun when sitting on the balcony to watch people and just be outside. We also liked the location in the Warehouse District which is close enough to FQ but out of the hubbub. We would definitely go back here again.

Beautiful place in a great location

We had the corner third floor condo with long balcony overlooking St. Peters and Girod streets. I was a short walk to basically everything. The place is in warehouse district near a bunch of great restaurants and the French Quarter is 6 blocks away. The condo is well appointed and stylish. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property! We enjoy a long weekend and walked to the French Quarter every day and to the World War II museum and to great nearby restaurants. It was a great property!
