Spring Break 2025

We had 9 in our party for Spring Break & the house had plenty of room for everyone. The house is stocked well for cooking in but is close enough to restaurants in Alys, Seacrest & Rosemary Beach to walk or ride bikes. Great location & home!

Great accommodations

Perfect accommodations for 5 adults and 3 teenage boys! Clean and close to the pool and the beach! Quick prompt communication with staff when needed. Only downside was one of the bikes provided was stolen from infront of our house while we were home. Which is a bit unsettling!

Or maybe they were there and are now gone.Whisk, tongs, slotted spoons for cooking. No small/medium cooking pans.Outdoor grill was a HUGE disappointment. Never worked. Notified management on Sunday, repairman came on Wednesday, was never fixed or updated to status. Really bad communication on this one.Overall, great house.

Family beach vacation

The home was spacious and nicely appointed for our family of 5 adults and one 11month old. Convenient walk to the pool but the beach was across the street and getting all of our things to the beach was a headache. We had brought a tent and a wagon only to learn that neither of these are allowed. So we had go go purchase umbrellas because the beach service price was ridiculous. A word of caution— this beach is overcrowded and everyone was packed in like sardines. It was not pleasant so we only went to the beach one day and stayed at the pool the rest of the time. If you want chairs at the pool for your family, make sure you get there before 9:30 am or you will more than likely not get one. It has been a few years since we stayed on 30A but it has gotten way too crowded. We will opt to stay in less crowded areas hence forth. As far as the house, there are a few things worth mentioning. Our ice maker was not working and the property manager immediately sent someone to look at it. When he couldn’t fix it, he went and got us 2 bags of ice. The porch swing was too low and did not swing , so we were unable to enjoy that. The showers were nice with good water pressure. One thing that we all agreed on was that the home didn’t get cool enough for comfortable sleeping. The thermostat will not go lower than 68 degrees and everyone complained of getting hot at night even using the ceiling fans. Would not stay here again due to the crowds and want more convenient & closer beach access

Home was very clean, it was very well stocked, location was great and communication with 30A Luxury was fantastic. At first we thought we were a little far, but the location sets up for easy walks. My only gripe would be outside lighting is not very good. There is an awesome back porch with a grill and sitting area, but at night it was extremely dark. Front porch was a bit dim as well. But overall I would absolutely stay here again

The house was clean, spacious, and so cute!! I brought a group of girlfriends for the weekend and everyone loved the house. We had access to everything we needed and the manager was helpful when needed. We will definitely come back and stay here!!

Location is great, 3 minutes walk from community lagoon pool and 10-15 minutes walk from ocean. The community is very children friendly, kids playing and riding their bikes out on the streets, super relaxing, quiet at night. Security monitored the streets at night, felt very safe. Very well maintained community, looks beautiful. Management company was very easy to reach, always available to answer phone calls, super friendly, very helpful and easy to work with.

Spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay, will definitely rent this home again. The home is well appointed with all you need, the grill was a big plus! Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were great. Perfect location can walk to the pool. Loved very bit about it!

Great house!

Great house, updated and perfect for family and friends. I prefer this side of 30A as less crowded. The community is large so pool is always crowded and you have to walk across 30A or take tram to beach. Walking distance to Alys Beach and Rosemary shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

We had the best family vacation at Seacrest Beach! The location of our house was perfect and the house was gorgeous. The best neighborhood pool and easy access to the beach by the neighborhood tram or a short walk. We will definitely be back! The rental company was very responsive and available for our questions and requests. Thank you!

Also, first time one of the places we rented didn't have beach towels. Also, no general staples such as salt, pepper etc. Would probably pick one of the other properties next time.
