WE RENTED THIS PROPERTY DURING FEB VACATION WEEK WITH 2 ADULTS AND 3 TEENS.
THERE WERE SEVERAL PROS AND CONS.
PROS-
AWESOME LOCATION, EXCELLENT SECURITY, OUTSTANDING CORRESPONDENCE & COMMUNICATION FROM STAY SOL.
COOL WRAP AROUND BALCONY WITH STELLAR VIEWS.
VALET PARKING IS 30$ DAY BUT WAS VERY QUICK AND CONVENIENT. VERY CLOSE TO STORES AND RESTERAUNTS.
CONS-
WE IMMEDIATLY WENT TO WALMART ON THE FIRST DAY TO BUY CLEANING SPRAY, PAPERTOWELS, TOILET PAPER, AND OTHER BASICS. ( THEY ONLY SUPPLY ENOUGH FOR 1-2 DAYS.)
THE FLOORS, BASEBOARDS AND SURFACES DID NOT APPEAR TO BE RECENTLY CLEANED....IT LOOKED AS THOUGH THE UNIT HAD BEEN EMPTY FOR SOME TIME.
NEEDED TO BE AIRED OUT WHICH WAS RESOLVED BY OPENING SLIDING GLASS DOORS. WE ALSO BOUGHT A PLUG IN AIR FRESHENER TO MASK ODOR. RUGS PROBABLY NEED TO BE REPLACED OR CLEANED.
THE WATER PRESSURE IN MASTER BDR SHOWER EXTREMELY LOW AND DID NOT GET SUPER HOT.
ONLY 4 TOWELS IN UNIT...BUT WE WERE ABLE TO GET A FEW MORE FROM POOL.
NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR ANYWHERE. NO SPICES JUST S&P
VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF CUPS, PLATES, BOWLS ETC.
BED SPREADS AT BASE OF BED WORN OUT.
CLEANING COMPANY SHOULD USE MAGIC ERASER TO FIX ALL DINGS AND SCUFFS ON WALLS OR APPLY FRESH COAT OF PAINT.
OVERALL, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE! WE THINK THAT THIS UNIT COULD BE AMAZING WITH A FEW ADDITIONS AND SMALL UPDATES.
