Ski House

The home was perfect for my family and 2 others. We had 6 adults and 7 kids and comfortably fit. The basement is a great space for the kids to hang out in and the kitchen was plenty big for us to feed all our breakfast and dinners. Alfred was easily in contact to answer any questions and we had a great time. The shuttle to the mountain during holidays and weekends is a great addition. Overall stay was a 10!Thank you Alfred and Kate! Your home is beautiful.

Great ski week house

We had no problems with the house. Great space, great hot tub. Easy to use televisions for the kids and plenty of amenities.

Awesome house in a great location

We had a great stay at this house! It is very large, and our group of 11 had plenty of space to spread out while still enjoying time together. We loved the location - a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from Stratton, with a beautiful view including Bromley Mountain.The home is well-appointed with everything we needed, and the furniture was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day on the slopes. We were there during a snowstorm, and we were so impressed that the driveway and neighborhood roads were plowed early enough for us to make it to the mountain in time for the lifts to open.The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Great place for a large group!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to get together for our annual ski weekend! We had 4 young kids (4 under 4) and 8 adults. The weather was not great, so we spent a lot of time inside. Luckily, the house was spacious and had a great layout so we didn’t feel cramped or uncomfortable. Everything was clean, host was easy to connect with, location was awesome - would recommend!

Perfect for families

The house is very spacious with great views. We loved the hot tub (which actually worked) and the heated bathroom floors! The entry way with all the coat hooks was great for our winter gear. The house is in a good location, just a short drive to the resort. The neighborhood does not have a shuttle, but we didn't have any issues with parking mid week. Alfred was very responsive.

Fantastic Stay, Super Responsive Owner

We rented the house with another young family and it was perfect. Just a few minutes from the mountain with a free door to door shuttle made it as convenient as ski on ski off. Ample space, lots of amenities and Alfie and his wife (the owners) were super communicative. We will be back.

Great House; Great Host; Great Location

First, if you are worried about choosing this house because of limited pictures or reviews, stop worrying. The house is new to VRBO and the pictures don't do the house justice. The house is large and very well laid out with plenty of room for all. The bedrooms are spacious (and comfortable) and there are two en-suites to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with supplies. There were plenty of towels for the guests. The hot tub was probably one of the cleanest I've ever had at a rental. The host was amazingly gracious and accommodating. This is their family home and they treat everyone who stays there like family. We felt very welcomed and were easily able to get questions answered. We stayed during Superbowl and Alfred even added Hulu+ to ensure there was no disruption to the game. The price of the house was reasonable given its perfect location. Other houses in the area that I looked at rented for much more. There is a weekend and holiday shuttle that picks you up at the door - so easy and seamless. All in all a great stay. I would highly recommend this house!

Great stay

Great spot, super clean, owner very responsive, easy access to mountain with private shuttle. If anything, the pictures undersell how nice/clean the house is.

Beautiful home with amazing views

Alfred was a gracious host. The house was clean and had plenty of space for a large family get together. It was a few minutes from Stratton mountain and had some great shops and food close by. The hot tub and assortment of Vermont beverages were a very nice touch as well.

Recommended

Great house for larger groups. Plenty of room to relax after a day of skiing or other activity. House was clean and nicely appointed. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Proximity to Stratton Mountain a plus.
