This townhouse is one block away from restaurants, grocery, bars, bus line, etc. 8 minutes walk from Capitol Hill light rail station.

The pictures and property description basically show what the structure of the townhouse is.

First floor is kitchen and living area. NO bathroom on the first floor.
Second floor bedroom has good sunshine facing some kind of tree view; has a full bath.
Third floor bedroom has a big deck, and a full bath.
Roof deck provide a place to relax and grill.

Convenient location, of course, at 10th Ave and Mercer Street (10th Ave is one block from busy Broadway street with restaurants, bars, QFC), but very quite too. This unit E is the corner unit, so it's even quieter.


It includes everything for short term stay, or long term stay.
Welcome for longer stay for over a week, or over 1 month, or several months. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Great apartment in the heart of Capitol Hill! Perfect location for exploring and amenities.

It was a lovely stay with little amenities like condiments and toiletries that were a nice touch. It helped to make the space feel a little more homey! A wonderful stay!

Charming Place in Cap Hill

Had a lovely weekend stay here. Quiet and clean - well appointed. Host was super responsive and helpful. Great location and close to transit. Highly recommend!

Good location, accurate pictures

The pictures were accurate of the location. Communication and flexibility with Property Manager were excellent - very responsive.

Quiet getaway on Capitol Hill

This townhome worked well for our visit to Seattle. It’s a bright and modern unit, close to bars, restaurants and a good grocery store on Broadway, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Furnishings are comfortable, but pretty basic.

Great location

Great location. Walking to coffee, restaurants and groceries. Very basic set up. Pictures are accurate. Easy to get Ubers if not bringing car. Parking lot if you have a car.

Great location

My wife and I were in Seattle to visit our son for a week. I shopped hotel prices and then found this lovely townhome on VRBO. Same price as a hotel with 4 times the space, Full kitchen and the washer/dryer made packing much easier knowing we didn’t need to bring a ton of clothes for Seattles ever changing weather. Rooftop deck was wonderful for a nice grilled seafood dinner fresh from Pike Place market. Location is one block off Broadway with every variation of restaurant. The light rail is a 10 minute walk so we didn’t need a car. Host was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend this spot and it will be our landing place for every Seattle trip.

Safe and convenient location!

Loved the location. Close to downtown and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. House was clean and did not have a bunch of ridiculous rules that I have been encountering as of late with some of these house stays. Jianhua was very sweet and promptly responds to any questions. The only thing I would have to say as a con were the stairs. The house would not be a good fit for anyone with knee issues as bedrooms/bathrooms are upstairs. Other than that 10/10!

Excellent location BUT cleanliness and organization sorely lacking

Great location near restaurants/shops. Unfortunately, our stay was not ideal. 1 hour after "check in" I had to text the host to get the door code. At that point, they could have admitted that the property was not yet clean but did not. We arrived to garbage in bags throughout the house, dirty dishes and dirty cloths in the sink, and dirty floors. The upstairs bedroom had not had the linens changed from the last guest. We left to go for dinner and came back a few hours later to give them time to clean. Again, the upstairs linens were used/dirty and we had to find some sheets to change them ourselves. The promised parking pass was not available and despite promising to bring it when we were at dinner (we left to give time for them to clean) it was not in the townhouse when we got back. After another reminder, it was eventually dropped off around 9PM well after we had to pay to park (twice). Overall the property is "tired" but I can forgive that with a smooth welcome and clean house. Unfortunately, we had neither.

I’m so sorry for the bad experience Victoria had. Correction is, the sheets were well cleaned and the beds were well made before Victoria “s arrival. Everywhere was perfectly clean except, there was a small garbage bag with softer sheet, came from the dryer; 3 cups in the kitchen sink that was actually clean; and the clean towels were still in the dryer. The cleaning service was almost done cleaning in the morning. Then she received some emergency call from family, so she left. She somehow thought the checkin is the next day. So she didn’t report to host the incomplete work. Host informed guests checkin instructions without knowing the cleaning was incomplete. Host happened to not be able to start her car ( what a day for host and cleaning service!) . She finally rode a scooter to the townhouse, trying to take care of the “remaining cleaning work”. Host found, just 1 bag close to the dryer with softer sheet in it, plus 3 cups in the kitchen sink, plus clean towels still in the dryer. Host quickly finished the work and then left. Later, host was able to start her car and drove all the way to the cleaning service person, and got the parking permit from her and dropped off to the unit at 9:00pm. The cleaning see is $200. Host offered Victoria $100 discount for the cleaning fee. Even though this cleaning service has been excellent in the past, from now on, host will come to check up before guests” arrival, to avoid this kind of accident from happening again!
