This exquisite villa is located in an exclusive area, a short walk from the centre of Protaras and the beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac of only 6 villas surrounded by trees and open fields. Situated at the foot of St Elias church which is lit up in the evening and is a spectacular sight. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, ideal for easy access with a shower room and two on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Both upstairs rooms have patio doors leading onto a large shared balcony. One of the bedrooms also has patio doors leading onto a second balcony. The living/dining/kitchen areas are spacious and open plan with patio doors leading to a veranda and a 4 x 8m swimming pool. We have a table tennis table for your entertainment.There is an outside utility room, pool shower and barbeque area. There is also a driveway for offroad parking for at least 2 cars. The villa is set in large grounds with outside shaded lounge areas for relaxing and ample sun bathing space with the addition of a day bed. There is also a shaded dining area for al fresco dining. WIFI, live and on demand UK TV available.

Amazing villa in perfect location.

Stayed here from 31/07/2022 to 14/08/2022 and had a great time! Villa was the perfect size for the 6 of us, big pool and terraced area, lots of outdoor furniture and shade to escape the sun when it gets too hot. Location wise you’re 5 minutes from shops and restaurants and 5 minutes further you’re at the top of the protaras strip so perfect if you don’t want to be in the thick of it. Would definitely go again and highly recommend- 5*

Fantastic holiday

We have rented quite a few villas/apartments in Protaras and Kapparis and this tops the lot of them. The location is perfect, close enough to walk into Protaras but quiet enough to relax. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of outside space. We will definitely be returning.

Our holiday

Lovely villa, fantastic pool and outside area. Quiet cul-de-sac but only short 10 min stroll to bars/restaurants. Beautiful beaches. Dawn and Andy are lovely hosts. Very helpful x

We first spent a family holiday in Cyprus over 20 years ago with our children and have been going back ever since. It's become our second home and we find somewhere different to visit each trip we make. We have a fantastic team working with us but like to have personal contact with our guests, many returning year after year.

We chose this property for both the location and the outside space. The location is a perfect mix of being close enough to the centre of Protaras to be able to walk there but far enough away to relax in peace and quiet in the tranquil setting.

The outside space is vast and has many aspects to it having a larger than average pool, ample sunbathing space, day bed for relaxing, shaded seating area and a separate shaded dining area. All of the garden is enclosed making it safe and secure.

Being tucked away in a secluded cut-de-sac, you are not overlooked and can enjoy your holiday without disturbance. There are only 6 villas on the complex, no traffic and being close to Protaras centre, no car is necessary.
