This is a wonderful place, very clean, comfortable and cute! We enjoyed the summer landscape and convenient location as well. We stayed for the weekend and would stay again.

Suggest an ADA height toilet and maybe some grab bars in the shower but overall it was an excellent place to stay the bed was comfortable the rooms were clean I would stay there again

Check in was easy, using the last 4 digits of your phone number. The kitchen worked great !! It had all you needed to cook with. The folks at Rose Studio B were very prompt and readily available to our needs. I would stay here again when I come to Grants Pass and I would also highly recommend it to someone else.

Wonderful little gem!

We planned a quick little trip to Grants Pass for our anniversary. No plans other than reserving this beautiful little studio. Great layout for a couple. Comfortable bed and the futon was perfect to sit on. Super clean and just right for our little get-away!

Great stay and location for Boatnik Concert

The property is cute and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and has a comfortable bed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it was very convenient to the Boatnik festivities across the river. We were able to easily walk to the concert on Friday night, which was great because it looks like parking is not easy to find near the park. We were also able to walk to a few good restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others!

Comfortable & good location

We’ve stayed at other properties managed by same folks. As with the others, it is a comfortable, nice unit — this smaller studio unit may be a little more ‘used.’ Overall, certainly a great option. Would like seeing paper towels and maybe more than one little soap.

Property is great, except for parking. There are only 2 full size spots and 2 compact spots. Long term residents took all spots. We parked on the street. Parking on the street is tight. This property is on a cul de sac.

Very comfortable and clean!

Overall I was quite pleased, and so were my friends. You could use a taller clothes closet for long dresses ☺️ A lawn chair would be nice to sit on lawn and have coffee. The only way I could walk and see the river was going through the owners gate to the porch. It said 1 min walk to river. Thank you for the hospitality 😊

Wish we could have seen the river being that close. Upstairs guest was noisy. I would not pick this unit knowing that there were also guests above

Spotless and convenient

Wonderful little spot. Backs up to the Rogue River, short walk to a city park along the river. Close to downtown, parking is right out front. My wife is a clean freak, and even she was impressed. The place was spotless, there's a washer and dryer, and kitchen all included. Everything you need is here, wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent place to stay

Apartment was clean w/ all amenities centrally located and on the Rouge River great place. I live in Brookings and go up to Grants Pass occasionally and will be staying at this location again. Thank You so much for a great stay.
