Awesome but…
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with everything you need aside from a few exceptions. The location is great - within walking distance of the metro (about 5 minutes), close to supermarkets, boulangeries (highly recommend Artisan Boulanger Pâtissier), cafés, brasseries, boutiques and so much more. One thing we weren’t pleased with is that the apartment sleeps 4 (my husband and I traveled with our children) but we only had one comforter and no extra sheets. I reached out to the property manager but did not receive a response so we ended up having to buy a cover at Monoprix. They had a washer which was great and allowed us to do laundry but there is no dryer. They provide a drying rack but it takes ~ 48 hours for clothes to dry so I would highly recommend they consider adding a dryer.
Recommendation: it would be great if they provided information about the neighborhood such as what restaurants, cafés, grocery stores etc. are in the neighborhood.
All in all, except for the mentioned gaps, we really liked our stay and the location.
