The property was exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony overlooking the beach was top notch. Deck time was most time if we were not on the beach. Furniture could use some upgrading but still comfortable. Would stay at this unit again in the future.

The check in process was not easy. This is with a realty company so you must be at their office during business hours or have to go back the next day to sign documents and then go back again to drop off keys. My experience with renting directly with owners has always been much more welcoming and convenient.

Only reason I didn't give it 5* is because the bed linen was dirty. The sofa that folded out to a bed had stains all over the mattress. The floors had sand everywhere. Besides that everything was as expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo was perfect, the view was perfect, the cleanliness and the space to accommodate everyone was great. I would definitely recommend it. And hopefully we are able to book the same room again next year

The property was Beautiful. However the couch and sofa was dirty and needs to be upholstered. We didn't seat on them because they were stained badly. The dining room chairs and bar stools were dirty and in need of fabric replacement. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on them. The Penthouse was a great location wirh spectacular views. Also be sure ask North Beach Rental Company for a garage door opener to park on G5 the PH level. If you don't ask they will not provide it to you. Make sure to read the PH manual on the glass coffee table. Xplorie will offer free tickets to certain activities however the first ticket is Free and you pay for additional tickets. Great Stay with the exception of the stained furniture.

Absolutely wonderful and the balcony and view were our favorite parts. Will definitely stay again. Our only observations were regarding the cleanliness of the floors and dust on the furniture surfaces otherwise everything was great.

Great views of the beach in the living room and the MBR. Kitchen is a little small for a 3 bedroom condo. Kitchen had lots of dishes , just remember to bring items to store leftovers. Second bathroom is small considering it needs to accommodate the other 2 bedrooms, possibly 4 people. Loved the new tall chairs on the deck. Management was excellent and very responsive to small issues we had. Overall, wonderful spot on the beach and in North Myrtle Beach.

Great location

Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The condo is locked down with numerous access points which make you feel safe. We would definitely stay there again!!

Excellent location and facilities

The location and facilities were excellent. The place was very clean. The only complaint I would have is the sheets were terrible. They are probably the worst sheets I have ever slept on.

Family Vacation

We love this condo for our yearly family vacation. I have a 5 and a 13 year old and the pool and oceanfront is great for both! There is also plenty of room for the 6 of us! This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it!

Awesome time at the beach

Spent two weeks for a work trip apartment was great. There are a couple of issues with the cabinetry that could be fixed but overall we had a awesome time.

Excellent choice

We enjoyed our stay very much! There were 8 in our party ranging from retired to infants and everyone had plenty of room. And enjoyed ourself! I wish the pools were heated as the water was a little cool for the little ones. Would defiantly stay again!!!

Overall a great place

We loved the view of the beach and the condo was great and had lots of space for everyone. The mattresses need to be updated and the kitchen cabinets need some work to them. Overall we had a great stay and we didn’t have any major issues.
