Great location

Loved everything but the soft lumpy mattresses.Neither my husband nor I could get comfortable. We slept in two separate beds and both mattresses gave us backaches .We would have loved to vacation here again but not with the current mattresses.

Great location

Great location for relaxing and convenient to whatever else you would like to do during the stay. Walking distance to many eateries. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach and ocean of course. Nice area of North Myrtle Beach.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved the location and the unit itself. Beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms had both been remodeled and were beautiful. The only bummer was that the washer/dryer had not been reinstalled.yet. We hope to come back!

Wonderful condo- great location

The condo is updated and beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable and very inviting. North Beach Reality was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Love the balcony.

Great location

Overall, this is a great place. It was clean, had just about everything you needed in the kitchen, great access to the beach and quiet. As others have said in reviews, there are a few small things that need some attention but didn’t interfere with our stay.

Great stay on the Beach

This Condo was very nice and had a great view of the Ocean. The tub in the Master Bath didnt drain well and the washer water line was loud when it was filling. Other than that, this condo was great to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone with a family of four or less.

Love the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo as the location was great and the ocean view was amazing! The condo was right on the beach with easy access. The condo itself was nice but the master bedroom bathtub faucet was very finicky making it difficult to get a comfortable water temperature when taking a shower. The cleanliness of the condo was average, could be better.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views, easy beach access and close to restaurants/shopping. Downside sliding door in living room is extremely hard to open/close, shower knob in the main bathroom is very sensitive and very poor housekeeping. I had to spend the first few hour of my stay cleaning from someone else who stayed before us. Dirty shower, bar of soap with mold under in the shower, mold in the toilet,dirty dish cups,candy wrappers in the night stand drawer and pieces of toilet paper in the hallway. All which I sent pictures as well to property management and was told I would get a partial refund… when they said partial they meant “partial” ($100) very disappointed with this experience and hopefully the owner finds proper cleaning and a new property management company since the unit itself is quite nice.

Great views, needs updating

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a middle of the road rental unit with great views and beach access. The place is just tired and needs updates. The building has to be from the 70s or early 80s. The place wasn’t dirty per say, but it felt work down. The TVs in the bedrooms were the size of laptops. The master bathroom is awful - no room on counters and the shower head hit me mid chest. The balcony is very nice and the location is great. Bring your own wipes and for the right price - this isn’t a bad option. I just don’t understand people who let the rental units get run down. You have to reinvest and keep them fresh to command good rental rates and return customers. I will not be one of those in this instance.
