The good, the bad and the ugly. Here goes. Check-in process was great, seamless actually. I was given all the necessary information before hand and literally just had to wait until 4:00 to walk right into the room. The parking pass and bands were waiting for me. Another bonus the children looked forward to was walking past the pro t desk to see if there were any complimentary fresh baked cookies. The bad, if you moved your car during your visit in the evenings the parking garage would literally completely fill up. I am not sure where one would go once it fills. The cleaning was ok. There was people's makeup and cleansers in the drawer. Floors still sandy, but I feel like that is literally anywhere near the beach. The ugly, that place is a maze. You have to remember what floor takes you where, which elevator takes you where, which elevators actually worked that day. Literally everyone I met in the elevators complained that they needed a map to get around. While it wasn't exactly that horrible, it was a mess of which floor to take or which steps to take.Overall, I have stayed at much nicer ones as well as much worse ones. If you can't walk long distances or stand for long periods, skip this one. Otherwise it was fine.
