Overall, we had a great stay. Guard staff were welcoming and professional. The grounds were well maintained with plenty of activities. The suite we stayed at was very clean but could use new mattresses, sheets and better kitchen appliances.

2306 was exactly how it was listed. It was a great place to spend a few days. It was clean. Had everything we needed. The property was perfect. Pool was very nice. The beach was a nice place to land for the day. The restaurant was very good.

Nice location, nice view. We had an issue with the dishwasher. It had smelly stale water that had been sitting in it when we arrived and the soap cup in the dishwasher wouldn't close to hold the soap. They fixed the smelly water situation, thankfully but couldn't fix the soap cup, so we had to wash our dished by hand. Not really my plan for vaca. One of the sliding glass doors wouldn't track and was hard to open and close. The person who came to fix the dishwasher didn't even have any WD40 to help the situation. The place needs a new coat of pain and definitely a new caulk job would help the overall appearance. And the water pressure was more like lack of pressure. We asked for some compensation to make up for having to do our dishes and they basically showed us their legalese covering their backsides. Good lawyers don't always make for good business. And just cause it says one thing doesn't mean you can't do the right thing.

Had a great stay, enjoyed the pool and the general location of the property. Might suggest that they replace the toaster, only toasts one side of toast, on either side.

Excellent. Pool, hot tube, beach area well kept and enjoyable. Living room fan is only high speed! Variable speed would be a plus. All in all a great stay.

Just what we needed

Pleasant and clean condo in gated facility with large pool and jacuzzi, marina, tennis courts, and small beach front with communal area for evening drinks and watching sunsets. Friendly staff, very responsive management. And did I mention that it was well located between the great restaurants of Key Largo and Islamorada? Was exactly what this family on a dive vacation needed!

Perfect Resort

This place was amazing! It is a perfect resort/location. The pool was fun and laid back. We felt comfortable letting our 14 and 17 year olds go to the pool and beach alone. We loved that we could get drinks from the bar. The beach was great’. Super family friendly and fun for all ages. Check in was easy and the guards were friendly. We hope to return next year.

Loved the accommodations. The only drawback from being absolutely perfect was the guest room. It needs some place to store the guests clothes -some type of dresser. The sliding glass in the living room needs attention She was friendly and informative about the area. Gave us information on the restaurants and shopping in the area. I enjoyed talking with her

That particular unit has a lovely layout with lots of sun and a good view. The cleaning company does a great job and the unit was stocked well with lots of towels. My only complaint is they don't stock enough pans and casserole dishes for those of us that like to cook in a lot. We were very impressed with your helpful staff and also how organized everything was.

Unit was nice just like the pictures. Loved the code entryway.

Down fall - A friend was staying 40 minutes away and needed a place to go between activities. Since she could not get on the property she didn’t go on the trip. Sad since we were planning for a while.

PIcs of property were misleading. They showed a bar that was not open during our stay. There was nobody on property to answer questions. Nice clean room and large beautiful pool.

Convenient Location

We love staying at Ocean Point because of it's location. This unit needs some TLC though. The ceiling light in the living room can only be on IF the fan is going AND the fan only had one speed - high! The sliding door can hardly be opened it's track is so old. The sofas are worn and it needs some updating over all. But the layout works well for us and we love Ocean Point so we will try another unit there next time.

Didn’t live up to our expectations

The unit is outdated, it could use some updates, dishwasher was broken, fabric on couches where dirty and linen/ bed smelled. The patio wasn’t even big enough to sit on, the pool area was crowded, there was litter around the sitting area. Lastly, it was noisy into the evening hours. Location was pretty good.

Ceiling fan in living room has only 1 speed. Replace with variable speed fan. Blinds on both sliders need to be replaced. Toilets should be replaced with 16” height.
