Beachfront 2 BR / 2 Bathroom condo located on the 16th floor of the luxury Emerald Isle high-rise on Pensacola Beach. This beautifully upgraded unit offers stunning Gulf views and upscale finishes throughout.

Upgrades within 1605 Emerald Isle include granite countertops, decorative kitchen backsplash, chair rails, and crown molding throughout the condo. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom feature King-size plush mattresses for exceptional comfort. The condo also includes three wall-mounted Smart TVs for your entertainment.

Emerald Isle amenities include two outdoor community pools (one heated during the off-season), a hot tub, Gulf-side exercise room, private beach access, and a sauna.

The property is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach spots such as The Reef and Little Penguin Frozen Yogurt, and less than one mile from Pensacola Beach attractions including the Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and beach activities.

Sleeping Configuration:
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed
Second Bedroom: 1 King bed
Living Room: Sleeper sofa

Minimum stay is 3 to 4 nights, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.

**Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.**

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. This unit is not pet-friendly. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For payment security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from anyone other than the reservation holder. Two parking passes are allowed.

Would definitely stay here again. One bed had not been changed and there was sand in the sheets - I’m sure an oversight of the house keeper. Furniture placement was a little odd in the living room. Towels could have used a freshen up wash.

Thank you for your review! Cleanliness is one of our top priorities- had we have known of this issue we would have sent our cleaning crew right away. Every guests gets fresh linens. Guests are responsible for washing their towels after they use them during their stay!

My only complaint is that I wish there were additional safety/security features on the front door. The single lock didn’t seem adequate and you have to pay careful attention to fully closing the door.

This is our second time staying in this building. 2 different condos and different ownership. But i have yo say the stay here is always pleasant. Lobby and elevator and facilities are always clean and fresh with a pleasant smell. Condo itself was very clean and beautiful and relaxing. One evening the hot tub broke as we were in it and to my great surprise, by early morning the next day it was up and running. Usually people take much longer. We will definitely stay here again.

Only one working elevator in building with lots of construction going on. The unit itself has been updated some but needs a good deep cleaning. Bedding needs to be cleaned.

Great condo on the beach!

A nice place to stay for a couple of days

The view from the balcony was amazing! The water was beautiful and we saw a shark swimming in the ocean from our balcony! The room was nice, beds were comfortable. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Location, luxury, and comfort

Very spacious condo with all the amenities for an enjoyable beach visit. Looking out from the balcony to see birds and planes at eye level is quite something. Amazing beach and ocean views.

Clean - spacious - conveniently located

Had a great time saw lots of aquatic life from our balcony. The water was refreshing. The beach was not crowded and seeing the BlueAngels was a big bonus.

Nice Condo

Beautiful view!! No extra frills but great for families. Could use basic updates such as electronic door locks and gate access code to make easier for check-in process when using independent transport from airport(such as uber) and not having to run across street to access checkin and leave luggage near street entrance. Overall great place with incredible views.

This property is beautifuland the views are even better!! Everything was as pictured and we had a wonderful time. My only note would be to have a check in process that is simplified by not having to retrieve the key from the rental office but instead a lock box directly at the property.

Hey Chloe! Thank you for such a great review! We are glad you enjoyed this place. Our check-in process is actually as simple as it gets! With 128 units at the Tower, the rule of nothing in the breezeways, and over 20 different rental companies- lock boxes in the lobby would make checking in very difficult for everyone involved. Our office is 120 yards directly across the street from this unit and stopping by the office for keys has never been a compliant!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time renting the same condo from Pensacola Beach Vacation Rental and Sales. Jackie, Noelle and Les are very pleasant and a joy to deal with. We will probably be going again later this year.

Emerald Isle

First time to Pensacola Beach. We are 2 couples without children but were there during Spring Break. Traffic was light, restaurants easy to get into, nice beach.Facility is a little older but very clean. They keep things very clean, pool company was there everyday cleaning. Security is good with locks and fencing. also a very convenient location. Would defintely recommend.
