Comfortable, elegant and air-conditioned this apartment located in the Croulebarbe district is close to Montparnasse, Denfert-Rochereau and the Luxembourg garden.

The accommodation has a living room with an excellent quality sofa bed (120cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200) and a bathroom.

The apartment can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children.

A superb terrace is at your disposal with deckchairs and table.

This lovely apartment is perfect for family trips, couples and business travelers.

Would not recommend

I really wanted to like this property but unfortunately it felt like the Series of unfortunate events. After our shower flooded and we used all of our linens to clean the mess, we never received any new linens… or anyone to check in the leak. In addition, after I requested the pull out couch linens 3 times prior to the trip and once on arrival and multiple times via text, I was informed the manager did not want to comply with that….. but that was on the listing and was why we booked this property. We also only had one roll of toilet paper for 5 days and were instructed to go buy more. Most people don’t come to Europe and pay this price to stay somewhere with “2 beds” to lug toilet paper around. All in all, it was stressful and frustrating.
