Gulf Access Waterfront Large One or Two Bedroom In Law Suite

Waterfront gulf access one queen bedroom in-law suite [ two Queen bedrooms upon request for additional charge] attached to but not in my home. I live on the right hand side. Suite is on the left. There are no shared spaces.) close to all the fun restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping and medical! Private lanai and boat tie up if you choose to rent a boat. Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! There is a washer/dryer, microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, webber charcoal grill...everything to cook but a stove. Full shower with tub. Second refrigerator in garage. Coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and some fishing gear. If you want both bedrooms there is an extra charge. Please read rules tab within this property listing.

It’s a great place to stay! Brandy had it very well stocked with what ever you would need. Really enjoyed the screened porch watching the boats go by. Would definitely stay again. Brandy is great host!

Brandi was an excellent host!. Her place was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. She had many appliances for cooking just about anything you want. The screened-in Linai was so nice to enjoy, great views from on the water. We saw manatee swim by! Quiet neighborhood, walkable or bikeable. Highly recommend her place!

Perfect stay

This property was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom view of the canal was beautiful. Location was ideal for restaurants, beach, biking, and boating! We would love to return!

Very nice relaxing atmosphere on a canal

Very clean place in a nice neighborhood. Brandy checked in every day to see if we needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Charming & perfect

Convenient location, very clean, with a gracious host. Especially enjoyed the private screened in patio. We even spotted a couple of dolphins in the canal. Perfect stay.

Amazing View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fishing off the dock was our favorite part. The location of this area was perfect! 30 min from any direction life may take you. Brandy was easy to work with!

Peaceful beautiful place with gorgeous sunsets!Saw a manatee on the first day.Property was clean and just was very hospitable, completely appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.Run don’t walk to stay with Brandy, you can’t go wrong here

Perfect place for a single or couple exploring SW Florida! Nice safe neighborhood, screened lanai on a canal, clean, comfortable, quiet, and Brandy is a fantastic host!

Beautiful and peaceful

We loved this canal home! Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching boats pass. The house was just as pictured, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend.

SE Cape Coral is where all the fun happens! Tons of delicious places to dine, every type of shopping is close by and an easy 14 mile drive to RSW airport and Fort Myers Beach.

Not a hotel...a warm comfy home with character and million dollar sunsets! Watch the marine life and boats go by from sun up til sun down. Kayak or boat from the dock. Grill your catch and enjoy on your private lanai. Safe neighborhood to walk or jog. Local karaoke bar has a limo that will bring you home and not drink n drive. Plenty of parking and privacy.
