Aquavista is a low-density complex, meaning fewer crowds on the beach and at the heated pool and hot tub. Beach chair service is included seasonally (approx. March–October), making your days effortless and relaxing.

We Georgia/Florida gals, celebrating our 70th birthdays, absolutely fell in love with this corner condo on the 3rd floor, which was very clean, updated and comfortable with three bedrooms (comfortable beds) and two full bathrooms. Parking under the building was easy and spacious. The location was ideal, close to Pier Park, restaurants and grocery shopping. It felt like home away from home with spectacular views of the private beach, sunset and sounds of the ocean waves. The host was extremely easy to reach and very accommodating. We are planning our next stay in this condo for next year. 10/10 Stay

This property was absolutely wonderful! The ocean front view is to die for! There are 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The king bedroom sits on the corner of the condo and has a separate balcony with an ocean view as well. Everything you need is provided upon check-in and housekeeping does a fabulous job of ensuring the place is well kept. Parking was a breeze and entering and exiting the beach was easy as well! 10/10 stay and I’d love to book this property again!!

Beautiful ocean views! Loved that it was right on the beach and could hear the waves. Spacious cozy beach condo. Perfect location. Close to grocery but out the traffic. Love the beach and the pool.

Great experience!

Everything was great. We did show up about 15 minutes early so the cleaners were still there and when they got done sheets were still in the dryer and they offered to come back and make the beds but I told them not to worry about it. The unit was great. Wonderful views, plenty of space for our family of 6, and very easy to access. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Loved the entire place very spacious and comfortable The most beautiful view in the world was setting on the balcony watching the sunset and listening to the ocean. The pool was a comfortable temperature and the spa tub was relaxing!It was just Heaven on earth

Great Stay at PCB

Nice central location. Clean and very roomy. Easy access to beach. Great views from 2 balconies. I liked that we had two beach chairs, and the pool was heated! Very nice stay.

Memorable Moments!

We have stayed at AquaVista several times and this condo is by far the best one yet. The condo is exactly like advertised. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The host is amazing!! I highly recommend this condo!

Aquavista Beach Front Getaway!

I want to thank the owners for making their home available through VRBO. Their condo was perfect for us. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had the right amount of dishes and cookware. We loved the balcony. The location is fabulous. Right off the roundabout so you don’t get caught up in the traffic heading to Pier Park and the large high rise condominium complexes. Also you can easily zip out the west end. Winn Dixie and CVS are an easy walk. Pier Park is about a mile so an easy drive or Uber. In addition, there are vendors between the park and the pier with the jet skis and kayaks/paddleboards. The heated pool and hot tub were working in early Mar. The parking under the complex is very nice (includes a bike rack if you rent bikes) and the beach access is so easy. We did walk to the pier and back. It was nice but we didn’t see any fish or other interesting things people seem to rave about. I believe it was 4 adult/3 senior. We are so grateful to the owners for a fabulous experience. The only con is the beds. If you are picky on beds/mattresses read the prior reviews. I can sleep almost anywhere but I do know others are not so lucky. Lastly the owners are very responsive to questions. We didn’t have any issues while but before we left we had our questions answered and we had an emergency number if we needed to get ahold of them. We definitely hope to be back and stay at this rental.

Perfect escape

The condo what’s exactly what we needed. The owners were super accommodating. It was very clean and well stocked. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore was a bonus. Beach access was steps away. This condo is perfect for a little escape.

Beachfront 3 bedroom

We loved the location and the unit. One downside was the full sized mattress in the one bedroom was not comfortable for my daughter. She said it had a divert in the middle. This is not on the owners but the hot tub was not hot for a few days and it did not bubble. We saw some awesome sunsets, dolphins and fireworks ( we were there for new year’s)from the balcony. We would definitely book again if our travels take us back to Panama City Beach

Excellent stay

The condo is well appointed for a beach stay. It comes with the beach chairs and umbrella service which was wonderful. You can hear the surf from the balcony. Our family agrees will stay here again!

Great location!

The condo was in a great location. There is a grocery store right across the street. The beaches were clean and not overcrowded. Of course, we were there in the off season. We loved that the condo came with the rental beach chairs and umbrella. There were six adults staying and we had plenty of room. The deck was amazing. The beds were comfortable but could us an upgrade on their pillows. We never had to wait for an elevator and there were plenty of carts. The condo was very clean. The only issue we had during our stay was that they had a gnat infestation and the master bathroom had a musky smell after we took a shower. Over all we loved the condo and would stay again once the gnat situation was taken care of.
