Great family fun place

We had a big group and had plenty of stuff to do for all age ranges. The beach is across the street which is perfect for us. The pool and hot tub at the condo were perfect as well. We had a great time and will be back soon!

Best getaway spot

The condo was exactly as pictured- large bedrooms, nice amenities and super short walk to the beach. We loved the private pool area and the grill, A/C worked well and rooms were fairly sound resistant which was nice for our group. Everyone was very impressed, we’d love to stay again.

Much needed escape:)

We were a total of 4 families staying on the property and absolutely would rent this property again. Great location with beach accesses close by and the property has beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to use making it very convenient. Pool area was a lot of fun too.

Everything as described

We were in units 301/302 with 12ppl. Very clean, spacious and the beach access is right across the street. We loved the pool and grill. Would defenitely stay here again. The owners are great.

SP Getaway

Great location, clean, pool area was nice,, and comfortable beds. Only complaint is unit 302 had a weird smell that did not go away and only one trash bag was provided for kitchen trash. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Our first vrbo

The place and location is lovely! The only downside was the early morning road construction outside our condo, (not in the owner’s control), which started at 8 am and lasted until 5 pm. It was very loud and lasted for numerous days.

Family Getaway

The location of the condos we stayed was great, since we had children we had to walk back and forth from the beach and it was about a 3 minute walk. They were really clean and neat. We loved that the kitchen appliances were provided along with anything needed to cook and grill. We also enjoyed the pool area with the outdoor kitchen and pool table. They also provide beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon. Really recommend this place, we were a total of 12 and fit great in both condos.

Great for large family gatherings.

We rented both Units 301 and 302 which gave us the entire 3rd floor of the building. This gave us adequate room for 11 family members including 6 adults, 3 children >9 and two toddler/infant. The units were clean and tastefully decorated and included most kitchen devices and utensils. Also included were umbrellas and beach chairs and even collapsible wagons. We took advantage of the outdoor kitchen area which was very nice to cook our dinner meals. The Weber Grill was great. The pool was also very nice and clean and we had it pretty much to ourselves. The beach is convenient. The owner communications was excellent. No complaints and no hesitation on recommending it.

Wonderful week in SPI

Our arrival went smoothly. All details were exactly as provided. Very clean units (we rented 2) across the breezeway from each other. Pool area was convenient with plenty of pool toys. We used the outdoor kitchen for a grill meal. Very pleasant area to enjoy. The beach area was an easy walk too. Plenty of beach accessories at rental. The outside shower & faucets were easy to use to wash away sand. I enjoyed the patio area for chatting and having quiet time. All directions for appliances and technology were easy to understand and available. Our family; grandparents, parents, and children ages 5 to 17; 10 of us, had a great vacation. I would return to this Vrbo location and recommend it to others. Very quick to respond to our questions and text messages! We were debating on our arrival date because of hurricane Beryl, but the on-site property managers called us to ease our mind and answer all of our questions and concerns! They were incredible to work with!

Christmas 2023

We had an amazing time. We had the top two condos which allowed us plenty of space for the nine of us. The condo was attractive and spacious. We kept the doors open and basically moved through the two as if it were one. The pool and the hot tub were both warm. We used them daily, along with the beach which was a very short walk away. The kitchens were small but having two kitchens made cooking very easy, plus we took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen by the pool. Having four bathrooms was a godsend with teenage boys and girls! I also loved the balcony’s for morning coffees and a good book. We ate…and ate. We went deep sea fishing and parasailing. We rented golf carts and did much of our traveling that way. I highly recommended it. We visited the nature center, the turtles and the birds..and let’s not forget the alligators. We played a ton of board games and cards. It was a very relaxing, family oriented vacation which was just what the dr ordered. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely vacation home with us. I love how you have kept your nephews memory alive through these condos.

Great condo complex - paradise backyard setup

We have rented here twice in the past 8 years. New Owners and what an upgrade. Outdoor pool area and hot tub now have a great outdoor kitchen and a beautiful covered large flat screen tv. Was nice grilling steaks watching the game from the hot tub. Also, an outdoor pool table!. Service from the owners and their property manager was the best i have ever seen anywhere. I reported to them that the main Tv in our condo had a picture issue, and black faded spot when the Tv was on, within an hour, they had a brand new Tv installed. They were amazing with their service. We will come back here for years to come. Great owners, great managment team

Awesome Stay!

Our family loved staying in 2 adjacent condos. The rooms are beautiful and clean and there are kitchen appliances to use. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic and so clean! Condos are a 1 minute walk to the beach access. There are towels, folding chairs and umbrellas to use and plenty of tables and chairs by the pool. A/C worked great and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back! Owner is a great communicator, too. Thanks for a memorable stay with my family.

Family gathering

What a wonderful property! We were traveling with several different families that I was trying to help coordinate to be together - so it was a great location! The condos were all very well appointed with attention to detail; from the nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to the quality linens, abundant kitchen necessities, and bar amenities. The pool was fabulous - everyone in our party enjoyed their stay! I also want to recognize the owners, the property manager and the cleaning crew. All were exceptionally responsive, kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Athena Ares and will be back!

12 party family, ranging from grand babies to grandparents all had a great time !

12 people slept comfortably in 2 condos on the third floor - 4 assigned parking spaces was plenty for us to not have to worry about parking, the beach is literally a 2 min walk, the wagon and beach equipment was so convenient. The condos were nice, clean, had all kitchen tools and towels we needed to make our meals for our big party. Overall this is a great located very nice condo building, the kids were entertained, the adults had a great time. I would definitely recommend to other families and friends, and will be visiting back most definitely. Thank you for being amazing host and sharing a great property!

Beautiful South Padre break

We recently rented both 301 and 302 for a trip to South Padre. Both units were identically furnished and well provisioned. We loved the location, literally a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous beach and sunrises. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay (couldn’t figure out the TVs) but the property management team was exceptionally responsive.
