Close to the beach, municipal park (mini-golf, children's playground), and all amenities (mini-market, restaurants, bakery, casino, etc.).

On the ground floor of a secure residence with bicycle storage, tennis courts, and a swimming pool (open July-August), this one-bedroom apartment (T2) sleeps 4 and is in excellent condition.

Entrance with storage, living area (with flat-screen TV and sofa bed), dining room with a table for 6, fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, electric stovetop, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) opening onto a balcony, bathroom with washing machine, and toilet.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Cleaning is optional: €60
Linens are optional: €60

Tourist tax is extra: €1.10 per person per day (except for those under 18)

Generally, check-in is from 5 PM to 8 PM, and check-out is from 8 AM to 10 AM. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies:

Rencontre avec le propriètaire......

et je lui ai suggéré d'ajouter un fauteuil dans la partie salon, de penser à changer le matelas du lit (trop dur!!!)....et éventuellement de supprimer la baignoire et remplacer par une douche. VOILA.....quelques aménagements qui offrir plus de confort.
