Bien située, bon sejour

Bien situé, proche du métro 13, max 10 minutes a pied. Logement propre et Beatrice est tres reactive. Douche petite mais fonctionnelle, peut être changer le pommeau de douche. Si je reviens a Paris, je reviendrai ici.

Short stay in good location

Apartment basic, but OK for a short stay. Ground floor access and all necessary equipment provided. Nice area with shops and restaurants close by. Less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station.Shower tricky to use & anyone with any mobility issues should be aware that that access to the mezzanine sleeping area is up a ladder and with limited head room.

Paris Haven

Beautiful, cozy apartment that’s located in the most vibrant street. My stay was memorable, I enjoyed every moment. The location was perfect because it was close to all the places I wanted to go, by bus, train or Uber. The best place I could have stayed to attend Roland Garros or take a tour around Paris. Amazing spot!! The markets and shops were quaint and accessible. Loved it so much!!

Wonderful

The studio is quite small with a loft bed without much headroom and a little kitchenette. It is clean and comfortable and quiet for good sleeping. It is not a place you want to hang out in but it is excellent as an inexpensive home base for exploring Paris. The added bonus: the neighborhood! Rue Brancion is a little village in the big city. The shops are excellent, the neighborhood is super friendly and authentic feeling. Far enough away from the tourists to provide an authentic experience of life in a real neighborhood with young families and older couples. The two boulangeries are excellent. Many restaurants, cheese and small grocery markets, even a theater and an outdoor antiquarian book market. And a beautiful quiet park. A real discovery!

Great property in a great location.

This property is located in the 15th arrondissement next to many restaurants and cafes. The host, was amazing an responsive to all my needs. I recommend staying here if small and simple are great for you. For a month, this place was great!

Cozy studio

Small but comfortable, clean and convenient. A warm and welcoming owner made it even better. While not in the heart of Paris it offers a location close to two great parks, easy access to the bus and good access to the metro. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommend for one or two people.

La chambre mezzanine donne beaucoup de charme à ce logement même si elle est assez difficile d’accès pour les personnes assez grandes.
