You'll fall in love with this immaculate family-friendly retreat located an easy five-minute stroll from uncrowded and pristine beaches. Enjoy water sports, fishing, beachcombing, and the natural beauty of this quiet region situated on the western tip of Galveston Island. Relax in the sun and sea breezes away from the hustle and bustle, or take a drive to the Island's shopping, entertainment, and sight-seeing venues. Whether you relish quiet solitude or high-energy fun, the best of both worlds is yours for the taking!

Our goal is to provide everything you need to feel at home for beach experience. The living room, dining room, and kitchen form a spacious open-concept layout bathed in natural light from the large windows. Enjoy the laid-back comfort of beautiful furnishings and the convenience of high-end electronics, appliances, and fixtures. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this tranquil beach retreat easily accommodates up to eight people. Every room has air conditioning and is equipped with a ceiling fan for extra comfort. A nice selection of board games, books, free High Speed Internet Wi-Fi and Cable TV channels are provided for your entertainment. Plus, you can kick-back on the deck and enjoy the ocean view, salty sea air, and soothing sound of waves rolling onto the shore. Breathe deep and exhale your cares away!

The living room has a large flat HDTV screen where you can enjoy a selection of channels. There is a comfy couch and two swivel chairs, coffee table, end table, and lamps for a cozy ambiance.

The dining room includes a long acacia wood dining table, two benches, and two chairs that easily accommodate eight people to enjoy nice meals together.

The kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, utensils, cookware, dishes, toaster, blender, coffee-maker. There are three bar stools at the breakfast kitchen bar. There is a utility closet with washer and dryer.

The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished to accommodate eight people. The master bedroom and second bedroom include each a queen size bed with a brand new latex mattress and new linens, a 40" HD flat screen TV, a chest, night stands, lamps, rugs, and a closet. Both bedrooms have large windows. The third bedroom includes two bunk beds (4 twins), a night stand, a lamp, and a closet.

The master bath has a tub and shower, two sinks, and a toilet. There is a second full bath in the hallway with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. We provide bath towels. Both bathrooms have quartz countertops and tile floors.

The deck is spacious with Adirondack style chairs and a small dining table. It is peaceful and a great place to sit and relax with views of the ocean.

Owners and their guests have access to the shared community pool of Playa San Luis and the code for the gate is provided with your stay. It has a fabulous view of the ocean and the bay. The pool is a great place to go after a day at the beach. With unobstructed views, you can watch beautiful sunsets poolside. There is also a covered picnic area and charcoal grills if you want to cook and eat while hanging out at the pool. We provide beach towels.

The house features a private grassy area downstairs and an outdoor shower for you to use after the beach. You will enjoy the barbecue (please bring your own charcoal). The outdoor storage closet is stocked with body boards, beach chairs, and sand toys. The parking includes a two-car driveway plus two additional spaces underneath the house, exclusive to the main house.

It includes information about the house and the area (restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, parks, tours, golf, fishing, museums, events, etc.).
