Located on the main shopping street in the lively Moulleau district, this semi-detached house of approximately 61 m² offers 2 bedrooms, a garden, and a parking space.
The entrance is through the north-facing living room, equipped with a corner sofa, a television, and internet/Wi-Fi access. The dining room, also north-facing, offers a warm welcome. The recently renovated shower room includes a separate toilet. The hallway leads to the two south-facing bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides access to the rear of the house.
The garden, furnished with outdoor furniture (garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, etc.), offers a pleasant space for relaxation. Secure parking is available on the property. Nearby shops (bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, cafes/restaurants, bookstore, tobacconist, etc.) are easily accessible on foot. A shed is also available for storing your bicycles and beach equipment. This popular neighborhood is particularly lively during the summer season.
Please note that the upper floor of the accommodation is not included in the rental. The entrance is shared with the adjoining villa to the left, and there is no physical separation between the gardens.
