Hill Country Lake House on Lake Travis, Lake Front w/Private Dock

Welcome to the Hill County Lake House on the Pedernales arm of Lake Travis!

**Lake levels are low and there is currently no water at our dock. Guests may take the kayaks and paddleboards to where the water starts in the cove. No boat access. The house and fire pit still have great views of the open channel.**

**Lake Travis lake levels fluctuate and cannot guarantee water level. Please feel free to contact me first with questions. **

We hope that our lake home will be your home away from home. Anytime is a good time of the year in The Texas Hill Country!

Take in expansive Hill Country views at our 3-spacious bedrooms, 2-full bath Hill County Lake House on the banks of the Pedernales River! Bring your boat, we have a private, floating dock.

Features of the Lake House:

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath. Sleeps 10 (maximum of 6 adults) — King, Queen, 2 Fulls, Full sleeper sofa and Twin Bunk with Trundle. Back of house is mostly windows with amazing views of the water.

Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, Margaritaville margarita machine, eating area for 9, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor living includes rocking chairs on the front porch, a covered bar with ceiling fan on the back patio, patio table with chairs, Weber gas grill and fire pit.

Includes a boat dock and a slip for you to park your boat.

Great fishing right from the dock. Don’t forget your fishing poles!

We have a Paddle Boat, 2 Paddleboards and 3 Kayaks that are perfect for a relaxing trip around the peaceful cove (bring your own life jackets).

Great Stay!

I hosted my brother's bachelor party at this location. The owners were amazing! The house was the perfect size, very clean, lots of activities! Highly recommended

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful Place

Very Nice place, Host were very accommodating. The place is very quiet, beautiful views from the master bedroom. The house is comfortable and clean, Kitchen was very well stocked. We would highly recommend this place.

Really nice place with lots of room downstairs, great outdoor space

Quiet spot up along shoreline (when lake full). Great deck and outdoor space. Super firepit with lots of space for all to stay out of smoke. Easy checkin and checkout. Fully equipped kitchen, nice outdoor grill.

Cozy cottage with beautiful views

We stayed here for our Christmas vacation and really enjoyed our stay. It’s an amazing place for the holidays. The home was everything as described. The view was great & we enjoyed watching the deer from the fire pit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Fun

Our family enjoyed this property during our stay. It was very spacious and well stocked with what we needed in the kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the stroll to the lake and fishing. One even had a nice catch! The location was perfect distance to the parks we visited during the day.

Perfect lake getaway

This was a great property. Unfortunately the lake is low so we did not have the water view but it was still a perfect getaway. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Making smores on the firepit was a perfect ending to the days! We will for sure be back!

Amazing New Years night.

Our family had so much fun here. Using the paddle boat and the kayak was so much fun. The fireplace was amazing the children loved making s’mores. We enjoyed the kitchen it had everything we needed. The view was magnificent. Can’t wait to have another family trip in the summer.

Beautiful Lakehouse

Girls weekend birthday celebration

Perfect home for a few girls to celebrate a birthday! Clean, well stocked, and comfortable! Spent a perfectly lovely evening at the fire pit. The location of the home is superb for a day at the winery and distillery! The house was just perfect for our fun girls weekend!

Comfortable house, good location

Unfortunately, it was near-freezing and hailing or raining during the majority of our stay, but the house was great. Because of the weather, we didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities. Inside was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a speaker system downstairs and a soaking tub upstairs. Hosts were easy to work with and check in/check out was easy. We would certainly stay here again.

A great place to...

just chill out and relax. With everything going on, we just needed a place to get away for a few days and this lakehouse was perfect. There was plenty of space for the four of us and the house was clean and in a great location. We need come back again when there is water at the boat house.

Very very nice house

We loved the house and boat house. There were more amenities than were listed on the brochure (outside smoker, lots of small appliances and other kitchen items). Great view of the lake. Wonderful Weber grill that we used everyday. We enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. We plan to come back again!

Lakeview get-away

The water is down in the cove so the boat dock was on dry ground but we were able to carry the kayak about 30 yards to the water. The view from the master bedroom and the deck is gorgeous. All the beds were super comfortable and the fire pit was a fun place for a few of us to sit around and talk while the others took turns kayaking. Only stayed two nights but it would be a great place to stay for a week or so, especially if you want to zipline, visit Krause Springs, go boating, etc.

Wonderful Trip, Kids were enjoying the outdoors from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

We met up with another family and brought our boat with us from Houston. There was a ramp about 3 miles away that was easy to unload the boat and the marina has an extra slip to park in making boat trips very convenient. The kids loved swimming around the marina and we cooked s'mores each night in the beautiful fire pit. In addition to wake-boarding, there were some great places for cliff diving and swimming not too far from the property.

Great stay

We were greeted upon our arrival by a baby deer and her Momma resting just outside the fenced backyard. The lake level is pretty low but there was just enough water to get out the paddle boards and kayak and paddle into deeper water. The kids had a blast and enjoyed the “hike” back and forth to the dock. It is a hike and steep but we loved the exercise. The fire pit is great for relaxing and troasting marshmallows. Inside had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful trip and would come back again!
