Perfect Escape w/ access to Lake Austin

Sleeping arrangement is very comfortable as all beds are selected with care and sizeable. Lots of pillows and blankets provided. There is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, dishwasher, and many other devices. A porta-crib and a highchair are available. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful oak trees blanketing the yard and there is outdoor speakers that you can connect via Bluetooth. Outdoor propane grill is available as well as a fire pit equipped with s’more sticks. Covered parking high enough to put boats under. Feel free to request any needed items to help make your stay comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate. We want you to feel like you are at home without the stresses. Please, no parties at this location and no more than 8 people. The house is on a sensitive septic system and therefore it can not handle large groups on location.

Deposit will not be returned if septic system backs up due to allowing items to go down drain such as feminine products, toys, or other non-organics.
Noise complaints are not tolerated and guest will be asked to end their stay with no refund.
Adults must be present at the firepit and it must be extinguished when no one is around it. A hose is available to put out any ambers.

Lakeland Escape is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and tranquil comes to mind when sitting outside with the majestic oaks surrounding you and the birds singing to you. Stresses seem to melt away in this beautiful setting. This property is a no brainer if you are bringing a boat to enjoy the surrounding lakes as their is covered parking and lots of room. This home is perfect for every guest type, rather its a girls or guys trip, family outing, or fishing adventure.

The outdoor space is unique with lots of space, outdoor dining, and a fire pit. We do not live far from the property and are able to assist if their are any issues. We can help with your trip if you need recommendations. Don't hesitate to ask if there is something we can provide at the home to help make your stay more enjoyable.
