Location was amazing, centrally located to be able to walk to both the garden district and the French quarter comfortably. The property itself was very clean and had just about everything we needed. It does share a very thin wall with the neighbors all the way down so could be a bit noisy at times but overall a good stay.

Good space and location

We were pleased with our stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable for our family of five. We were two blocks away from the trolley and restaurants, and a good central location. On-site parking was better than originally expected, and the neighborhood may not be pristine but it is relatively safe. I would stay here again.

Very cute updated 3 bedroom very close to St. Charles. Nicely decorated and clean. Wish had more than one bathroom, otherwise, great place

Convenient location

We stayed here on a family vacation. House was a good space for 4 people. Beds are firm, space was clean, kitchen was minimally supplied but we didn’t cook so it was fine. The neighborhood is being rehabbed and has lots of construction. Easy access to the trolley.

Jazz Fest 2022

Property was nice and clean. There was an issue using with the initial door code as it was not working upon arrival. A new code was provided quickly, but you didn’t feel great when a neighbor walking by said the area wasn’t safe and let me stay with you until you get this resolved. The kitchen wasn’t too stocked, but we made it work and bought some dish towels. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Great place

What a great place! We walked, ran, and biked all over the city, using this place as the starting point. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to see.
