Situated in the heart of the Lower Garden District, this light and airy Greek revival home is full of character and charm. Steps from Magazine Street and just a couple of blocks from the Mardi Gras parade route on St. Charles Avenue. Some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the city are within walking distance. You’ll feel right at home as soon as you arrive in our friendly neighborhood and comfortable home, all while being close to the action and fun of the Big Easy. The entire lower unit is yours.

This neighborhood in the former “cotton press district” features turn of the century Greek Revival, Victorian, and Creole Cottage architecture. The home is conveniently located less than a mile away from the National WWII Museum, Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, and historic Coliseum Square Park. The St. Charles streetcar and Mardi Gras parade route are only a few blocks away, making this the perfect “home base” no matter when you visit!

Awesome Place to Stay!

Great location, very clean, nicely decorated, parking was an ease, everything we wanted for our visit to New Orleans. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay

Our stay was as good as it gets. Everything we need was at arm reach. The place was outstanding! Every bedroom had a tv and a bathroom to accommodate everyone. It was is a great location. We would look for this place every time we go to New Orleans.

Easy Time in the Big Easy

Just blocks from the St. Charles street car, this Lower Garden District apartment is convenient for touring all over New Orleans. It gives the feel of city living and is spacious and comfortable. Don't miss Surrey's on Magazine Street for breakfast.

Great neighborhood

Easy access to everything. The home was beautiful inside. Beds were comfortable. Our vehicle was to large to park off street, but it was no problem parking on the street right in front of the house. Would definitely stay here .again.

NOLA trip at Stunning Greek Revival

Trevor's property was a great place for our first trip to New Orleans. Comfy yet with plenty of space, Very walkable neighborhood and close to the streetcar line on St. Charles. The restaurant recommendations were terrific too. The host was VERY accommodating and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better place and experience.

Charming, comfortable house

Very up-to-date stylish pad with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the streetcar, WWII museum, and the French Quarter. Everything was really smooth.

Fun location and great house

Stayed here for a small girls weekend. Very nice property! Very clean! And close to magazine street which has tons of great walkable locations. Would recommend!

Comfy and Clean!

This home is very comfortable and in a great location. The backyard is lovely to sit in as well as the front porch. Kitchen is furnished well so it would be easy to cook, but there are so many great places to eat in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a great New Orleans experience

Everything as advertised. Right near Magazine street for walkable shops and restaurants and easy access to the streetcar if you didn’t want to rent a car or use an Uber all the time. Perfect base to explore the best parts of New Orleans. The property was great!

Great property and location!

Attended meeting at convention center. Very convenient for the conference and dining options on magazine street. Only negative was a profanity uttered by neighbor about vrbo property regarding parking on the street. Would stay again!

Fantastic apartment for a relaxing trip

Really pretty and well appointed apartment. Plenty of space, front and back outside areas, we wanted for nothing and loved all the nice touches that made this a five star stay. We loved the neighbourhood - lots of great cafes and restaurants. Also super easy to get into the French quarter and around the city. Parking is right outside and plenty of it. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay in NOLA

We loved our stay at Trevor’s place- it was in an incredible location and very spacious for our family of 3. Trevor was easy to reach and quick to respond throughout our stay and we really appreciated that his brother, the co-owner, lived upstairs- you know the property is safe and well maintained when it houses the owners. We visit New Orleans frequently and hope to stay again at Trevor’s place. Thank you!

This home was perfectly located for easy access to everything we wanted. Home was very comfortable & Trevor was an amazing host. Very quiet part of the neighborhood & parking is a breeze. Nicely Done!

The property actually looks better than shown in pictures. Very clean, very tastefully done. Bed is master bedroom is very comfortable! Location is a few minutes drive to Bourbon Street and walking distance to Magazine street. Street is safe. We had a great time. Will definitely recommend it.

Best. Christmas. Ever

Our daughter is a medical resident in New Orleans and was not going to make it home for Christmas (They never get time off), so the whole family travelled to NOLA for Christmas 2021. We had a great time and having this place to stay was a huge part of it. The house is immaculate, it looks brand new. We had enough room (and enough plates!) to have a big Christmas dinner. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, including a roomy bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen is great with very nice appliances. Like I said, it looked brand new and felt very clean. We also enjoyed having an outdoor place to sit in the morning, either in the back or on the front porch The house is a short walk from Magazine St and all the shops and dining there. It was nice to be able to go out and see the town, but then have a comfortable place to come back to and hang/recuperate together. Street parking was never an issue, there was always a spot right near the gate. It felt like home right away This is the place you're looking for. All in all I can't imagine a better place for a family get together.

Very clean and updated

The home is very clean and updated. You can get an Uber to to the French Quarter for $10-12. The place has everything we needed and lots of towels, shampoo, soap etc and a well equipped kitchen with extras like some coffee and tea, salt and pepper etc. I highly recommend this property.

We live in Minneapolis, but fell in love with New Orleans after multiple visits. Our home there is an escape from the Minnesota winters and we enjoy hosting other travelers looking to enjoy all that the city has to offer!

It's central location in a quiet neighborhood is the ideal setting for families and small groups of guests looking to explore the historic Lower Garden District, Garden District, and Irish Channel, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the National World War 2 Museum, Convention Center, and historic French Quarter. During Carnival season (January through early March) the home is only a few blocks away from the St. Charles Ave parade route.
