Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was well appointed and the view of the 16th green is awesome. We loved being on the bottom level which makes everything convenient.

Most beautiful place ever

Kiawah Island is absolutely amazing even for families like ours with 2 children under 3 yrs old. Very short walk to the beach, we had a wagon to lug our stuff and kids around in. The condo was a perfect size for 3 adults, 2 children and a dog. Only criticism was that there is too much furniture on the back porch it makes it very clumsy to get around. But it is the best place to wake up and have coffee and watch the maintenance crews get the golf course ready for the day while the kids are still asleep from an amazing day at the beach the day before. We would definitely stay in this condo again and hopefully will

First visit to Kiawah

Very nice condo. Roomy and comfortable. Trail to the beach runs behind the condo which made beach access easy. Pretty trees and view of the golf course. Very clean and Vacasa was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Wish I could have stayed

The villa and area is lovely. I had to leave after 2 days because of a family emergency. Otherwise I would have happily stayed. Lots of room, new fittings, lovely unit. Hope to return sometime.

Comfortable, pet friendly and clean

We enjoyed staying in this condo, with golf course views and easy path to the beach. We rented bikes to go shop nearby, which was fun. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Relaxing get away

Quiet, peaceful, serene. Saw deer several times. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and baths, TVs in LR and each bedroom. Kitchen well appointed. Harris Teeter nearby. Food, gas and groceries higher on the island. Enjoyable stay.

TV and Map

Everything was lovely and wonderful. A suggestion would be to have a listing of tv stations - they were different in different rooms and so many channels that we were lost and on the last day finally found the major networks NBC,CBS, ABC. A map of the island and pathways to the beach would have been helpful. Bike paths maps would have been helpful too. Disappointed that on Kiawah we can't find a villa with a pool.

1363 Fairway Oaks

What a great place! It was very clean and furnished with everything you need for a stay! Great proximity to the beach and watching the golfers in the evening was an added bonus, l don’t feel so bad about my game anymore! Lol!! Kiawah is a slice of heaven and this room was comfortable and exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful Condo/ bugs

300 steps to beach along beautiful pathway, on the green, average furnishings, appropriate for pricing. I got up in middle of night and literally 20 small cockroaches scattered cross floor and countertops. I live on the island and know you don’t have to live with that amount of roaches!

Great Kiawah stay!

Great villa at a great location. Even though rented as a dog friendly villa, we opted not to bring our Fido. Villa was very clean, just recommend another pest treatment as the bugs have made their way into the Villa. Great stay!

Hard to find

The address confuses the GPS. You need to provide a good map. The lock box number was wrong and required a phone call (thanks for a quick fix). Everything inside is great except the window blinds are broken,

Dated Condo

This comdo was very dated. The pull out bed springs were broken a s the mattress looked to be 29 years ok’d. There were holes in the blankets and worn tears in the sheets. The washer and dryers were very loud. I would not recommend this place. Also.. we had a queen comforter in a king bed.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. Good location. We enjoyed watching the golfers. Weather was great and we spent a lot of time on the beach. Couldn’t get any restaurants on the island to answer the phone. Weird.
