We stayed in this house for a week long family vacation (13 people total, 8 adults, 5 kids) and this house was the last available (had to change dates). It was a tiny bit cheaper than the surrounding houses but not nearly as nice. The house is very outdated and needs a big upgrade as the paint and wallpaper was peeling, and the overall look/theme of the house was old. When we had the agent book we didn't realize that the main living areas were upstairs so people with mobility issues had a lot of problems getting to the kitchen/living room, so be aware of that. Beds were comfy, kitchen was small but all appliances worked and had a lot of kitchenware, balconies were nice. Pool was nice, but the hot tub jets are part of the "pool heating" extra cost, so the hot tub is stagnant unless you pay extra. So when you read that it costs extra to "heat the pool" that means turn on the jets for the hot tub. All the rooms have TVs and cable, internet was pretty good. The location was great having a private beach path and a 5 min walk to the beach (private and not crowded even during peak season), and we were close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We got eat alive by mosquitoes in the pool area/walking path but could have been overdue for a spray (bug spray is an easy fix). Overall it's okay if its a last option, but I would pay a little more for a much nicer house in the same area.
