Located at 5min drive from Cannes, this villa is located on a hill and surrounded by a garden, perfect for relaxing, tucked away from the noise. It sleeps 9 and is great for large families. The villa was built in early May 2014. It is very calm and safe area, but with all you need around.
Supermarket only 5 minutes walk and nearest beach 5 minutes drive. Perfect for family with children and animals because the house property is fully fenced. The house is protected by automatic gates.

The entire house is being rented, including the garden and pool. Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage.

The villa is in 2 levels; you enter in the ground floor which has a full equipped kitchen connected to the open dining room.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one balcony, bathroom with toilet.

The lower level of the house consists of:
A bedroom feature 160x200cm bed, with direct access to the terrace.
Also, there is a large bathroom with toilet.
The kitchen has a dish-washer, fridge with freezer, oven, and all electronic equipment necessary for your stay. In the kitchen, you'll find some basics : cooking oils, spices, coffee and tea. Help yourself!
The living room has a TV salon with sofa and a large window tough.
Next to the TV salon is a terrace with a table for 8-12 people, sunbeds and a pool.
The terrace is sunny from morning to afternoon.
From the terrace is a staircase up to the 'trampoline-terrace'.

On the upper level, there are two bedrooms, with access to a balcony.
The loft room has a single bed as standard (90x190cm) and another bed is available to make a double suitable for a couple (140x190cm).
The third bedroom offers a 90x190cm includes one 90x190cm mattress.
Also, there is a large bathroom with toilet.

All bedrooms are provided with sheets. Towels for bathroom are also available.
