In this villa in the heart of Juan Les Pins, in a residential area, you will stay in a 140 m2 apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, large living room, living room with wifi. Large terrace to enjoy meals in the sun. Street parking is free and easy. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is provided for a great relaxing holiday. 25% discount for 4 weeks of booking or more (cannot be combined with other possible promotions)

Very clean throughout, comfortable beds, great air con in living room and all bedrooms, modern facilities to feel at home, quiet neighbourhood at night. Very spacious for our family (2 adults, 2 children). Great location for days out at the local beaches and plenty of restaurants, shops and large supermarket nearby (all within 10-15mins walk). Also great for exploring the wider area - Short easy train ride to Antibes old town, Cannes, Nice and under 1 hour to Monaco. Overall, excellent accommodation. Alan was a very helpful and responsive host.

Great place

For those people who love the quite and relaxed vacation like being at home they can choose this place. Very Clean , good space and house layout. Comfortable , few minutes away from the beach that help to do some walking. Close to iper market for foods purchase. I suggest his place to anyone who like relax . Last but not least , owner of the house of the time presente when necessary but invisibile for the rest

Alan was a wonderful, welcoming host and this was a wonderful home in which to spend a month. The extremely good air-conditioning was useful to have in July. I spent a lot of time in the early mornings on the balcony having a slow start to the day. The sandy beach was easy to walk to. We absolutely recommend you stay here if you’re looking for a quiet home away from home.

Très bêle location

Étant 4 semaines à côté d’Antibes pour le travail, j’ai trouvé avec cette location un endroit parfait où je me suis senti comme chez moi!

Semaine hivernale fantastique

Séjour très agréable entre Noël et le jour de l’an dans cet appartement très bien placé à Juan les Pins à 10mn à pied de la plage. L’appartement au premier étage d’une maison est très spacieux, les 3 chambres sont grandes et belles, le séjour a beaucoup de charme avec sa cheminée en brique et sa séparation en arc. La grande terrasse orientée ouest est un régal. Le propriétaire est très gentil et attentionné. Un sans faute que nous recommandons vivement . chaudement
