We enjoyed the perfect location, the direct beach front views from living room, master and large balcony. Beds were super comfy and the temp inside the condo was perfect. It was HOT outside. We needed more towels and they brought them within a few hours. My only comment is the large kitchen knives need a good sharpening! We loved it!

Great property for our family if 7 (5 adulrs & 2 children). Wonderfully furnished, well stocked kitch, games, abd if course an amazing ocean view. I got all my needed steps in climbing stairs to the 3rd floor multiple times a day. Love walking to Center Street for shopping, dining, & entertsinment. Easy walk to the pier, by street or sand.

Great view

Good location; not good condo

Condo needs a significant facelift. Knobs fell off bathroom showers making it difficult to turn off/on, ceiling fans barely worked, tiles in bathrooms and kitchen were cracked and loose, dryer is very old, many lamps were broke and did not plug in, elevator consistently broke (would not recommend for someone with mobility issues), rear sliding bedroom door wouldn't hardly open, A/C did not work well in back bedrooms and the condo had box fans in closets because of it....I would not stay here again and find it hard to believe that this condo has so many positive reviews. Location is good though. WiFi instructions provided via email and on app were incorrect. Finally realized the information in the book at the condo was correct. We were only given 1 key fob to access pool and beach and it did not work. Vacasa did drop off additional fobs on day 2 but really frustrating not be to able to access amenities

Great way to stay on Folly

We have stayed at Charleston Oceanfront Villas several times when visiting Folly and it is always a good, convenient choice. Such easy access to the beach, plus pools. The units sometimes show their age, but this one was in good overall condition and had everything we needed. A big place for a reasonable price, definitely recommend.

Folly Find

The unit is ideally located to walk to everything - the beds are comfy and the unit was clean- just needs a little attention and a few updates - and please add black out shades for the people in vaca that want to sleep in and need to black out the hallway lights all night

Incredible Ocean View

My husband and I go to the beach every April and this unit has the most incredible ocean views we have personally ever experienced. Even though we arrived on a rainy day, we were able to sit on the large, covered porch and watch the waves. This view is glorious inside as well, visible from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The unit itself is large and well laid out, with a large functional full kitchen. It was well cleaned when we arrived and had everything that we personally needed. The master bed was comfortable and with the sounds of the ocean permeating the space, we slept very well. Check in/out was easy and the beach is just a few steps away. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great ocean views, comfortable beds, some dated/broken furnishings

This property had great views of the ocean, was very spacious and clean and had comfortable beds. It was also very conveniently located to all of the shops and restaurants. However, several of the dresser drawers were broken and could not be put back on their tracks, the non-stick pans were unusable - stained and extremely scratched up and contacting vacasa to get this resolved was not an easy process - i was bounced around from a central text messaging system to a local office to a "care taker" and had to repeat the same request multiple times as well as send pictures - this is not how i want to spend my vacation time. I also didnt appreciate that maintenance people came in during my stay to measure windows...Seems like this could have been planned in the off season, since this was a building wide thing, not in response to a problem. For these reasons, i can't give it 5 stars.

If Views Could Kill....

The minute you step in the condo, you are mesmerized by the views!! It's the perfect location for a cool weather beach vacation! You can "feel' the beach, without feeling the cold :) The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of seating room in the common space for fellowship, and good space in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and functional and the entire space was tidy and clean. We were very pleased with everything and would love a repeat visit! If I could be nit picky and give any feedback - it would be - - - hangers in the closets or more drawer space. . .and the request to 'leave parking passes in the room upon departure" resulted in us getting a bit scolded by a garage attendant who observed us with no tag, but no big deal, a little common sense telling him we were leaving solved that problem :)

We have a wonderful time staying at the condo. The location was perfect. In walking distance to town and beautiful view of the ocean. We will definatley stay there again.
